Anytime Auto Glass

I had their mobile service change my busted windshield in vehicle in 2019. As my luck would have it, it developed a leak. I brought it in and they repaired it and got me back on the road. Where I would really like to give a shout out is to Dakota, one of the guys in the office! He could tell I was having a bad day (because my back was acting up) and I was in severe pain. He drove me home so I didn’t have to wait in their waiting area, and we talked and shared a good conversation. I will use them again because they stood behind their work and they provided excellent customer service.

As a business, they were very helpful. The biggest issue that made me very uncomfortable was a 30-minute conversation about religion. It was a sermon. I take responsibility for not excusing myself but I felt that would be rude. I'm not against religious people giving me a, "have a blessed day" or something to that effect. Remember, this is a glass repair shop that many people are completely satisfied with and I'm sure does amazing work. On with this visit. I learned the church I was baptized in, Catholicism, was some type of a misguided church that prays to the Virgin Mary and not exclusively to god, Jesus, and the holy spirit. Who's in charge? God who is the father of Jesus is also god because you pray to him. Then the holy ghost is prayed to so that's 3 things. I digress. I was not expecting a Q&A about what he, David, wanted to know my beliefs and the devil was winning over my soul as we spoke. He perked up when I told him I was gay. I got a 2-minute prayer before I left for that one. I think he thinks it's a choice. They might not do this with everyone but he got me while having my windshield checked out. I was honored to be invited to a party of evangelical Christians in a park while at a glass repair shop talking to a complete stranger who works there and is a minister wanting to talk about my family and my faith. Auto glass! Anyway, that's my review and experience. I would go back if I didn't have to go to church while there. It was done with good intentions. Don't talk about religion or politics with customers. Not everyone is patient enough to just agree for 30 minutes so I could leave.

These guys are absolutely amazing!! I was heading to work yesterday and ended up with a huge rock chip with two large runners that I know would’ve spread all the way across by the end of the day in the heat. I could not leave work at all even though they are almost within walking distance of my office and I was going to be there until 8pm. They don’t do mobile repair but the very kind lady on the phone said she would call them and ask if there’s any way to accommodate me. Within minutes they called me and told me that one of the technicians had somewhere to go and would be willing to stop and fix it for me on his way since I was so close. Literally 5 minutes later Jack showed up and had two repairs done in 10-15 minutes (I had a second small chip that had never been repaired close to the big one I got yesterday). He was so kind and did a beautiful job. I actually had very little hope that I would be able to save this windshield and get it fixed today. He saved my windshield and the chips are barely noticeable. He told me if they ever darken for any reason they will fix it for free. They will get my business every single time from here on out and my recommendation to everyone I know. This is the customer service and quality work everyone longs for from the old days. Thank you!!

The company has a very quick turnaround time and overall does good work. Where they fall short is clean up and communication on when they damage your vehicle. After I got my windshield replaced, I picked up my truck and the front floor mats were covered with footprints with that chalky white powered from their gravel drive where the vehicles are worked on. They didn’t even try to clean my mats off. A few days after the repair I noticed damage to the rubber cowl by my antenna. I called and sent pictures as soon as I noticed it. I had to bring my truck by for them to look at the damage. All they said is that it was dry rotted and it cracked and broke during the installation of my windshield, but they didn’t even offer to help fix it when they knew it happened under their care. They didn’t even have the decency to communicate the damage to me when I picked up my truck. I would have at least respected them more if they had. Dry rotted or not the piece was not damaged upon drop off so it should fall on them to repair it. No one seems to take responsibility anymore! Now I’m having to come out over $100 of pocket to replace the damage before it starts leaking inside my truck.

My experience with anytime Auto Glass was most amazing thing I've ever encountered in a long time in the business field. Everyone there starting from Dakota who handled my call and stayed with me through a difficult situation with my insurance to the time that I got the windshield replaced, it was very fast and professional. Everybody was kind. Then I got in rocking in my window 3 days later on the brand new window and had to go back and have it repaired and then had another bad experience with my insurance company. But Sheila and Veronica really worked with me and mostly Sheila but they allowed me to wait it out to see if the payment would come through with my insurance and since it did not I paid it but they allowed the time frame for me to give them a chance and I was very pleased and couldn't ask for better service. They have really got great employees that are public oriented and know how to treat their customers and it was quite an experience. On a positive note, thank you so much

I called Anytime after the first place hung up on me while trying to get an estimate on replacing my windshield. Everyone here was amazing and got me in the very next day. They even fit me in at a time that coincided with another appointment. I was able to drop off my vehicle and they offered me the use of their loaner car so I could get to my other appointment. My car was completed right before I returned. And they were so accommodating while I got everything situated with my credit card because the card wouldn't go through. They were very patient and understanding. My husband and I had our honeymoon in New Orleans the day before we went home someone decided to break open our window of our car. We reached out to Shelia at Anytime Auto Glass they were able to get us in early the next day before we left for a 7 hour drive back home. The costumer service was so great and they were super responsive. We so appreciate them for turning a honeymoon disaster into a easy breezy situation. We can’t thank them enough. Took care of a windshield and rear door window in a few hours with no issues. Everyone I made contact with was courteous and respectful. The Owner followed up the next day for follow up personally. This shows the owner is involved and wants to be successful . Informed his assistant of my situation and I needed to get the glass replaced the same day and a corporate company had to reschedule my appointment. They was able to squeeze me in if I could bring it to them. 45 minutes later I was dropping it off and within 10 minutes the work began. Zero issues with quality and craftsmanship.
