Unprofessional and rude. We’ve never had a problem with this company in the past, so I believe this is the 3rd time using this company for windshield replacements. I have had great experiences with them in the past, and trusted them fully, until now. There are many great reviews of this company and I don’t doubt them! They do a good job, HOWEVER FUTURE CUSTOMERS BEWARE, if you have a dash cam hooked up in your vehicle, remove it. The repairman, even after it was pointed out that like hey there is a dash cam here by the way, some how he cut the cam wire! And then had the AUDACITY to say your repairman didn’t cut it. We have it ALL on camera so don’t even try to delete my review or comment because I have proof. I just came here to say, for future customers please just avoid the company all together OR if you have dash cams take them off because if they cut the wires on your cam they will lie and refuse to give discount, compensation, or at the very least apologize and own up to the mistake. Because at the end of the day it was an accident! Accidents happen, we all make mistakes. But fix it, apologize, learn from it and move on. Instead, this company lies through their teeth even with camera footage to prove it happened. I like choose small and local business’ but come on guys, have some pride and dignity to uphold the standard of your work and when mistakes happen fix it!

Highly recommended!! First of all, I must say, Champion Auto was very friendly, professional and very efficient! I had a chip in my window that I needed fixed asap before it spreads. I called at least 10 other glass businesses in Lafayette looking for help but some didn't bother to answer their phone, even when I called several times and a few couldn't even help within the same day. I was so frustrated! It's just a chip that could be easily fixed! I looked on Google again and I saw Champion and decided to call one more place before giving up and I'm so glad i did! Within 30 minutes of me calling, Jonathan met me and fixed my problem within minutes. Now that's customer service done right! I know where to go now and who to send my people to if they need help! Professional, courteous & knowledgeable. This is my second time using Jonathan for windshield repairs. After my first experience I knew if the need arose I would call him again. Within 5 minutes of the new crack I was on the phone making an appointment. Jonathan showed up on time at my office and let me know he was there. He put me in touch with my insurance company and by the time I had placed my claim, the repair was complete. I’ll definitely say I am beyond pleased I looked this place up an found someone to take care of my glass asap! After calling 5 different places all telling me it was possible I would have to do a whole windshield replacement because of the rock chip and than long crack. He was able to take me sooner! Everything was done in a timely and professional way! We both talked to my insurance company to get the ball moving in the right direction I was in out in maybe about 10-15mins! The owner of the shop (Jonathan) came to our aid. Traveled from Maryland to visit family in Lafayette. My windshield needed repair in two locations. We called and he gave us an over the phone estimate. He even came to us. It was a life saver, since i don't know Lafayette. First time visit. I will never go anywhere else for auto glass repair! Jonathan is very easy to work with. He returned my call to schedule an appointment within a few hours, came out to my office the next day, and completed the repair in 15 minutes in the parking lot. Now, you can barely tell there was a chip at all. It looks much better than a repair my husband had done on his truck window from another shop. Very affordable, too. Highly recommended!
