Quickest service for getting my windshield replaced ever. From the time I arrived to the time I left was under an hour. I had an appointment with Safelite which only provides appointment scheduling online. After scheduling a day and time and making arrangements, I was inconvenienced by Safelite the following day by automatically rescheduling me during a time that wasn't open for me. So, I called Auto Glass Now, and we were able to book the appointment during my availability. I was a little skeptical at first due to me only ever using Safelite. I've waited 2-3 hours at Safelite in the past to get my windshield replaced. Auto Glass Now blew me away with the time it took to replace my windshield. Also, I love that they never tried to upsell me the way Safelite does when all I need is a windshield replaced. If ever I need another windshield replaced, I am definitely calling Auto Glass Now first.

I initially went on their website for an estimated quote for the repair and within 24 hours a gentlemen named Dalton reached out again for my vin number to give me an exact cost. This was my first time getting my windshield replaced and I was worried about how much it would cost between repair and shipping the glass to the shop. Not only was it a fraction of what I anticipated but they were able to fit me into their schedule no problem. The repair took less than an hour and I couldn’t be more happy with their service. Between the actual repair and their customer service I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great glass repair service at a wonderful price.

I was referred to Auto Glass Now by State Farm for a windshield chip repair following a car accident. Before I was even done with the State Farm LYNX operator, AGN was already calling to confirm my mobile repair request & even offered to come same day to knock it out instead of the future dated appt I had scheduled! Dalton, the GM, was super nice on the phone & he dispatched the repair guy (Michael?) immediately. From start to finish, the actual repair took less than 30 minutes & there’s only a minor imperfection noted when you really look for it (& that my phone camera couldn’t even pickup!). Thankful for their quick, quality work saving me a full windshield replacement! THANK YOU!

They called me to let me know that they were an hour away in case I wasn’t home . Steven arrived as scheduled and began his work. He checked for codes on my windshield camera and informed me that he could not proceed until the codes were cleared due to the fact that recalibration of the camera would be impossible otherwise. I went to the dealership and had the codes cleared. I called Steven back and although he had other appointments for the day, he made time for me to meet up with him at the shop and he did the work. For that I am extremely grateful because he could have simply told me to reschedule. I highly recommend Auto Glass Fitters for anyone needing a windshield change.

The receptionist and technicians were super polite and professional and gave me different price ranges and choices for my glass repairs that needed to be done. The technicians even taught me some general knowledge on my back windshield, which was cool. Will be coming here again if I need any of their services. I wish they offered oil changes and regular maintenance stuff on top of the services they already offer. That’s how good this place is. Wonderful service all the way around from the personable ladies on the phone in the office that took all my information and scheduled me to the workers that showed up to replace the windshield. Everything was smooth and was able to replace the windshield the day after I called even. No problems with installation, guys were professional and fast. Billing was a breeze. Definitely will call them if needing the service again. Thank You!

It was easy to setup an appointment over the phone and when I arrived because it had rained they could not repair the chip until the next day. I receive a call the next morning because I was a bit late. That showed they was looking to get the repair done. They repaired the chip in about 30 minutes. All went well. Regards

I just used the repair service for a pebble crack and the crack looks 100 percent worst. I can see it more and was told that it would look better and be barely visible. I would not recommend using this business and I am completely dissatisfied and disappointed by the erroneous and misleading way they do business.

Demetrè and techs were awesome. I called their number thinking it was someplace else but they helped so much and were also a service provider for state farm.
