Great service! My appointment time was for 4:00 pm. And even though multiple other cars were being serviced. The team banded together to begin the process in my windshield even before my appointment time. Great and friendly staff and also a great locker me with beverage as I waited for (for a short time,) all in all it was done quickly and well. I felt very comfortable and welcomed. WiFi was also provided while I waited. Also cheaper than any other place I checked !!!! $500 less than safeljte !!!! Would strongly recommend to EVERYONE!

What a night and day difference from the last time we'd had car windows smashed out and needing repairs. Instead of sounding like we were a pain in their rear end, Apex quickly took down our information, got everything correctly ordered, and was out the very next day getting us back up and going. The company we used last time left with all the broken glass still everywhere, leaving us to clean it up – I was shocked when I discovered that Apex had also taken the time to vacuum everything out for us. Couldn't recommend them more!

Casey was incredibly helpful. I had been referred to another auto glass company by my Toyota dealership and after calling on 2 separate days and not getting a response, I ask my old mechanic for an assist. He sent me to Apex and Casey answered the first call. He texted with me to get the details worked out since I was at work. He explained the situation with the sensors and suggested I file a claim so insurance would cover that part. He answered the phone after hours when my insurance claims department called to set up the appointment. I needed to wait for the windshield replacement and recalibration and the office was perfectly comfortable. The estimated wait time of 3 hours ended up being only about 1.5 hrs and so far all the sensors seem to be functioning properly.

Fast, easy, and super convenient! Casey and his team were quick to respond after my windshield replacement inquiry with an unbeatable price for not using a claim through auto insurance. This even included mobile service to my home! My windshield was replaced within a few days (my own time constraints) and the service was super quick. We needed a replacement front windshield for our son’s 2019 Toyota Rav 4. Happily surprised to find this business thru Google reviews and happier still to find the relatively reasonable price for the job, and hundreds less than another highly rated company. There is a reason Apex has all five star reviews. Casey was very professional from the time I called for a quote to the time we picked up the vehicle after the windshield replacement. I had called a well known place which couldn't do it for over a week and quoted a much higher estimate. We were able to get it scheduled in three days. Work was done in less than an hour. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who needs a windshield replaced.

Casey is awesome. Called him on the phone b/c my rear view mirror fell off from the heat. Said he only replaced mirrors if he was replacing the glass. We talked for a minute and he told me to come in tomorrow (today) and he would fix it anyway. Does not want to see anyone in a jam. Brought my vehicle this am and he fixed it. About 20 minutes later I was on my way. Awesome guy! Thanks again Casey. You definately deserve 5 stars!

He scheduled an appointment at the end of the day that fit my schedule. The work took less than an hour. He was quick and knowledgeable. He saved me money by telling me that you don’t always need to have your windshield recalibrated like everyone else was trying to get me to pay almost as much for that as the windshield cost itself. Plus there is a 1 year warranty on his work which is important. Great overall experience

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. After providing me a quote, I scheduled an appointment the following Monday. I arrived early, and Casey started right away on my car and told me it would be about an hour. He was very helpful, informative, and efficient. Casey even put the new windshield wipers I bought onto the car for me as well. I 100% recommend Apex Auto Glass to anyone looking to get a new windshield.
