A sudden rock from a truck cracked my front windshield. I immediately started calling around to a couple of companies. Glass American answered my phone call and scheduled me immediately to prevent the crack from spreading. Mike was very professional and provided prompt service. I noticed another tiny crack, and he suggested it be repaired before spreading. I felt comfortable and trusted his decision, so I repaired the crack. I appreciate the low prices and expertise from Glass American and will return.

Safelite took care of my windshield swap out in October. My technicians name is Jared. I highly recommend him to anyone. He is very professional and overall has a great attitude. The man at the front desk will work with you and if you have to pay out of pocket like I did, he will help you with coupons if he can. The 2 times I went was very pleasant. I was in and out in no time. Schedule first appointment in morning and arrive 15 minutes early. They will start working on it before 8. I had Jared install my windshield in October. Around 2-1/2 months later I got a rock chip on my windshield. I made an appointment as soon as I got a chance and asked to have Jared work on the chip. Once again he took care of me and I was in and out in about 10 minutes. I highly recommend this Safelite in Harvey to anyone that needs windshield replacement or repair. I also didn’t have to get my windshield recalibrated because my truck is a 2014. People with newer cars may take a little longer but they will tell you as soon as you drop it off. I have been to one other Safelite and that was on Northshore in 2018. They took forever and we’re not friendly like this one is. This one is quick and like I said, very professional. If you are concerned about getting your windshield replaced or repaired just make an appointment and ask to have Jared work on it. He’s good. I hope to not get anymore chips but if I do, I will go to Harvey. Thank you guys!!
