Eagle Auto Glass

Eagle Auto Glass does not handle their business professionally and stay away from this place. There are way better local businesses to go to than this one. I referred this company to my parents to get their front and back windshields replaced. Eagle didn’t provide the best service and we weren’t happy. To be fair the replacement for the front windshield went smooth and once the guy tried to replace the back window he realized that he couldn’t do it bc the motor for the back windshield had to be replaced. So he told my parents to order the motor and he would change it for them next time. My parents order the motor and set up an appointment…the day of the appointment my parents called and no answer so they call 2 more times periodically and on the last call they leave a voicemail. The lady calls back 2 hours later and just fusses at my parents and say you don’t have to be rude and call me 10 times (when they only called 3x). Let me remind you that Eagle Auto Glass missed the appointment and gave no reason for the cancellation. They are the rude ones and have horrible service. So my parents reschedule for the following week and they again are a no show and give no notice. The guy who is supposed to show up calls my parents and doesn’t give an apology but says that one of his “workers did not show this morning.” Okay so you find out that your worker didn’t show up in the MORNING but you have an appointment for the evening. That’s plenty of time to give a notice. But him and his wife take no ownership for their mistakes and get mad at their customers when their customers call them out. I would stay away from this place. They don’t respect your time and don’t really give the best rates and don’t know how to talk to people or handle business. We will definitely not be using them ever again.

I called this place on August 5th to schedule an appointment for my windshield to get fixed on August 13th. The lady told me she ordered the windshield and that they will come to me between 8-9am on August 13th and she would give me a call Thursday (day before) to confirm my appointment, I have not received any phone call. I called them stating that I had made an appointment scheduled for 8-9am and she said there’s no appointment scheduled for my car and that I must’ve called the wrong number because she’s the only lady that answers the phone. She gave me a price on my windshield when I called on August 5th but when I called on August 13th to see if they were coming fix my car she stated she didn’t even have a price for my car. I called for a quote they had the best price going the person that I spoke with was very friendly and knowledgeable when it came to the day to get my glass installed no one showed up no one called once I left a nasty message telling them how unprofessional they were someone called me maybe an hour later making up some excuse telling me that the windshield I ordered got cracked and it won't be until Monday like I owe them something they were very dry and very impersonal if I don't find someone else that matches their price I guess I will have to do business with them but that will be the first and last time.NegativeProfessionalism

Unprofessional ... I called on Friday May 6 because I need 2 windshields, they made the order, with the person i spoke she told me they would come on Tuesday may 11 from 1pm -4pm to my house to put the windshields, I took the day off from My work, I was waiting until 6 pm I did not receive a call or email. Today, Wednesday May 12 I was also waiting and nothing ... it is disappointing because the person who recommended you spoke highly of this place to me. they should have called or sent an email to know they would not come. The only reason I put 4 stars instead of 5 is because google will drop a 5 star review randomly for some reason. Can't say enough about eagle. Guys were on time, professional, courteous and the installation was flawless. Will absolutely recommend this company. Bonus....the price was lower than the quote wich was already one of the best prices around. Thank y'all again 🤙

I would give it zero stars. Terrible service. They wasted my day waiting for them, and they didn't bother to call to say they wouldn't be coming to the scheduled appointment. Don't waste your time. There are better companies in the area that are truly professional.

Horrible service. Could not complete the job because the know it all lady with a bunch of excuses on a broken windshield said it was dangerous. But the other guys went at it like pros so if you know like me I don't recommend eagle glass/ marry period.....

They replaced our windshield today. Awesome job! Very easy to make an appointment and they showed up on time. They were really quick and the truck looks great. Their prices are unbeatable too! Thanks!!!! Will use them again when needed.

Superb customer service to set up the service call, and the guys were here earlier than expected and finished in less than an hour. They also were almost 70% cheaper than if I want to the dealership! Definitely give them a call.
