Needed rock chip repaired. Placed a claim with my insurance and asked about locally approved repair facilities in the area. I was given Babins as one of them. Reading the 5⭐ reviews I selected them. My insurance company forwarded my claim to them. Ten minutes after submitting my claim I had arrived at Babins and was greeted by a very friendly staff that helped me right away. They cater right away to chip repair and my vehicle was immediately taken back. The repair took less time than it did to write this review. I was on and out in less than 30 minutes. Babin's Auto Glass was a joy to work with. Called them for a quote and was told I would be called right back ad they needed to research some additional information regarding my windshield as some additional molding (dealership specific) was required in addition to the windshield. They called me back within 5 minutes and I scheduled my appointment. When I got there I was running behind by 15 minutes due to traffic. I wasn't a problem for them. I was offered water & coffee and they showed me where the facilities were and their lobby waiting area. They told me it would be 1.5 - 2 hours wait. They finished in 1 hour. Great service with a smile. Keep up the great work.

I was working on my girls toyota drivers door glass.One if the door glass mtg lugs had broken from the regulator. I called Babins, brought the car. O'Neil the techs there gave me a used tab and enough urethane to reapply it to the glass. He instructed me how to clean and reglue the tab. This is why I will always support a local business over a chain store. Babins will always get my business, because of their kindness and knowledge. I really appreciate the help. Thanks to them, my girls car is repaired. Much appreciation!!

First and foremost I always read reviews on any business before any service. I spoke w/Nicole explaining I had a water leak in a 2002 Camry. I wanted new roof edge installed initially but after going over options w/the owner we both decided replacing the windshield would be the best option. Trust me, it was worth the drive from BR. Family owned, good ,honest hard-working folks. Many shops wont even let you see the problem in their shop. This gentleman did which confirmed the problem! I highly recommend their workmanship.

I've had my windshield replaced here a few times and I have no reason or intention to go anywhere else. I once had a problem with my rear view mirror compartment coming loose and went in. A mechanic took my car to the back, corrected the issue in about 10 minutes. When I asked what I owed I was told " Just keep us in mind if you need your windshield replaced ." In other words, they are good people even if they don't remember you.

Quick efficient and got what I needed very quickly. I called ahead and they were great communicators let me know exactly what I could expect and how long everything would take, even that because of covid they would take longer on glass orders. They even helped me go through doing a claim on my insurance to help cover the cost of the replacement windshield that I needed.

Had my truck glass replaced today. Not only did they replace it in a timely fashion, but they vacuumed my truck seat, floor, and door to remove the glass shards. Not only that, but they removed the sticky on my truck from the duct tape and garbage bag. Wow. Very friendly and thanked me for my business. Trust me, if I need them again, I will Be back. Just wow.

I had an incredible experience with this Babin Auto Glass! I contacted him one day about a windshield replacement, and they had it fixed in less than 24 hours. The service was exceptionally fast, and the he was very nice and easy to work with. I highly recommend his services to anyone in need of glass repair or replacement.

My front windshield took a rock and I needed it replaced. Although not an immediate priority, my time was limited. They worked with me and got me in between appointments. Thank You! Beware: they made the tiny transparent and barely noticeable chip on my brand new vehicle look like big black lump. They made the hole on the inside (where it was intact, the chip was only on the outside part of the windshield), tore my window film and scratched the dashboard. Horrendous experience!
