Got a windshield installed from joe. The whole experience felt kind of sketchy but he was close, mobile, worked with my schedule and i read the reviews ( 5 Stars Great ! ) You would think.... A few other companies ( like Joe ) told me that no calibration was needed since they don't have to unplug the windshield camera or something to that effect ( I thought no big deal he's the professional ). After a few days the car started to malfunction with error on the dash and as i was driving the vehicle would keep pulling me out the lane even though i was driving straight!!!! I was freaking out! I tried to call back joe but couldn't reach him. I went to another company in Harahan by my work since they do our fleet vehicles and they were close. They scanned the vehicle and since the vehicle was never properly calibrated there was A WHOLE BUNCH OF ERRORS AND CODES. These guys were very equip they did something with lasers and target things talked me throught the whole process ( I learned a good bit about glass and the materials used in the process ) ultimately had to pull the glass out and install another glass in because the cheap glass that was installed in my vehicle would not let the vehicle calibrate. I understand he was cheap.. But the problem was the misinformation by not only this company but the others also and i would have never said do it if they would of just said they didnt have the correct equipment! Was he nice yes! Was he quick yes! Was it done proper NO WAY!!! Sometimes cheap ( Even tho we love it ) Doesn't always work out especially in my case ( Another note. Once i seen the glass out the vehicle there was scratches all on the metal under the glass and looked like it was starting to rust! Like WTH!!!! )

I have a fleet of vehicles and have used this company on several occasions. Beware, the prices are on the less expensive side but you get what you pay for. Out of the 7 windshields this company has done for us, we have had issues with 2. Both times dealing with the weather strip across the top. With the first one he was able to come a day or two later to repair after reporting. The second and most recent was attempted to be repaired once and is continuing to have the same issues. I have been waiting now 4 days for him to repair this. Upon reporting the issue he gave assurances he would be there the next day to repair. To date he has been dodging phone calls and text. Do no use this service due to poor craftsmanship and unreliability.

Precise Auto Glass Came highly recommended by my employer & several of my coworkers. I Definitely recommend them! Quick, easy & affordable. They cleaned up the work area throughout the process & after. I needed my front windshield replaced on my navigator for over a year. They came to my job & replaced for a fraction of what others tried to charge me. They also fixed a chip in my Nissan Kick at the same time. They were thorough & answered all of my husband’s questions. I don’t want to have to replace another windshield or repair a chip but if I do they will be my first & only call.

I HIGHLY recommend Precise Auto Glass. Joe was so helpful and professional. He showed up the very same day I called, and was able to FLAWLESSLY repair a major crack in my windshield, before it could spread or get worse. This is seriously a skill and an expertise. It’s a service I hope to not often require…. But if/when I do, I’m confident Precise Auto Glass can fix it right up! Definitely give them a call! Best and quickest service experience I’ve had in a while.

All installations were performed without incident or recall while providing a great saving as much as 50% in some cases We’ve never a leak or need to call Joe back for corrections. The service was fantastic!!! I couldn’t have asked for more help or caring from Dillon. He came to my workplace and wrapped my car due to my broken window and went out of his way to find me a new one asap. Hopefully, I won’t have need for his services again, but I am definitely keeping his card! Would recommend 100% for the friendly service and expert installation. Pricing was very reasonable too!

Desperately needed a new windshield. I saw the reviews and figured “sure why not.” Not only was the price extremely reasonable, but Joe was able to get it done the very next day, came to my driveway, and finished in a timely manner.
