Addis Auto Glass & Replacement

I had called the owner and he told me that to re-tint 7 windows of my car would be $260.00 ($100 to remove old tint and $160 to put on new tint). When I picked up the car the next afternoon, I was told by his wife who worked at the desk (she was very nice and professional btw) that only 3 windows needed to be tinted but that the price was still $260. I assumed that was an error, as $260 was the given price for 7 windows, not just 3. She called her husband and said that he was on his way to the office to discuss it with me. Note - I was not upset at all, I was very friendly and polite to his wife, I just wanted to see what the correct price would be. When he walked in he raised his voice loudly and told me that he didn’t like when people insinuated that he’s trying to cheat them. I was very surprised, as he started speaking even more loudly, still accusing me of thinking he cheated me. I calmly told him that in no way did I feel that way, I just assumed there was a mistake in the final price, because most people would think that tinting three windows costs less than tinting 7 windows. He yelled at his wife and told her to take off an amount off the bill (I couldn’t understand what amount he said). He continued to yell, would not let me speak, then turned away from me and walked outside with another customer. Outside he passed my daughter, who was waiting for me in the parking lot, and she heard him cursing the whole way out. To say I was shocked is an understatement. I would never do business here again, and I actually had a friend tell me that he’d been through something similar at this business. Again, the owner’s wife was very nice and professional. The owner, on the other hand, had a horrible attitude and a quick temper. I’m still not sure why he got so angry and yelled at me when I wasn’t upset in the least. I’ve never been yelled at by a business owner in my life until now. When he left the building I asked his wife why he was so angry. She responded nicely with “Don’t worry, it’s fine it’s fine.” I drove away and started crying on the drive home.NegativeProfessionalismServicesService not listed

Very friendly people! Very quick! Very affordable pricing! As soon as I got there they took my keys and immediately got atarted on replacing my windshield! I was in and out in LESS than an hour! The guy that replaced it has 30+ years experience under his belt and knows what hes doing! To be able to only give this business 5 stars is an understatement of the this company. They went above and beyond to replace my windshields on my 18 wheeler. My chrome visor had to be move just to replace both windows after calling the big name companies and all of them telling me no they could not do it. ADDiS did. Service was great I was treated with respect everything was explained to me before service was done only thing I didn't like was I used gps to get there the directions were wrong which had me miss my appointment Google has to get the directions corrected I will definitely use them again and refer friends and family

The customer service and quality of work are the best I have seen in the surrounding area including Baton Rouge. The crack/star in my windshield is no longer visible. If you need a windshield replaced or a crack repaired, do not hesitate on Addis Auto Glass. Nice waiting area as well.
