Saylor's Auto Glass

Got into trouble - Saylor to the rescue. Had my windshield replaced in my Freightliner RV back in NM right before heading to this area of KY. Then came the infamous KY torrential downpour....and the waterfall across my dash. Jeff at Saylor's got a new windshield "just in case" for my visit the next day. Pulled in and they found many problems with both cheap off-market replacement glass and poor install. On inspection and comparison the difference was obvious in the glass. There was only 11" of adhesive on the bottom holding in the whole windshield. You are supposed to glue in the whole thing people! NOT good and could have been a disaster in an emergency stop situation. Anyway, in and out in a couple of hours. These guys rock and I highly recommend if you need auto glass!

Just wanted to give a shout out. I called Friday Aug 2 2024 and spoke to a very nice gentleman about replacing the passenger front window in my '01 Tundra. As it is an old truck, he did not have the part and was upfront about not knowing when his supplier would have it - 3 days, 3 weeks, he couldn't be sure. He then very kindly referred me to a different company nearby who may have had the part, and it turns out they did. So while I did not do business with Saylor's at this time the gentleman's truthfulness and willingness to send business elsewhere for the customer's benefit says a lot about the values of those who run this business. If I ever need auto glass ever again, Saylor's will be my first call. Thank you sir, I did get my truck window fixed on your recommendation.

What can I say about Saylor’s Auto Glass that hasn’t already been said. His family owned business truly does make you feel like a valued customer, like a friend hell even family!! This home town business take you bake to how I would think everyone in Mayberry felt. What I’m trying to say is he is a local running a fantastic business. Not only is Jeff a truly caring person he also what can only be described as…….if a rock star and a magician had a baby they would name it Jeff and he would learn windshield repair so incase you were ever in need of auto glass repair you could have the pleasure of his experience, commitment and company!!

I called them on a 1988 truck I had after the hailstorm. They were very professional and helpfull. I was going to try to replace window myself but they were competitive with amazon for a window. I let them do it and glad i did. They were able to get the rear glass and were fantastic about getting it installed. It ended up being more work than i would have wanted to do. They ordered window and came to house to install. Absolutly great service and price for an install. I was in process of cleaning up glass in my truck. They installed window and cleaned up glass. Very happy with install.

Had a great experience from start to finish, thanks to Jeff. They came to my house to install a new windshield within a few days of calling (they would've come sooner if it hadn't been for my own schedule). He called my insurance company/adjuster and got the information needed, leaving very little to do on my end. Trying to take care of automobile problems as a woman can feel intimidating and you can easily feel taken advantage of - I didn't feel this way at all about this company. Glad I chose them. I called later on Thursday and had a very informative, professional and polite conversation. They confirmed my rear window of Ford F-150 was in stock. I was given a very competitive price for install - no hidden s fees or hassles. They showed the next morning ready for the job. My window frame had what I thought was substantial damage, bent pretty bad. He informede of his background in auto body repair and man oh man, did it show. Fixed my bent frame and did a really clean installation. Great job. Highly recommend.

Even through all the recent storm damage work I’m sure that is bogging these guys down, they were able to replace my truck glass within 24 hours of my call. This man is amazing and a lifesavor! My daughter recently moved to the area and within 24 hours he got her car window replaced and instaled.
