How staff treats their customers says more about the company than anything. The owner greeted me outside as I was walking in and seemed like the nicest man! I overheard a conversation between him and another customer, a man who was worried because he had no payment other than checks. Even though the policy states no checks, the owner assured the man they would get everything worked out and really put that man at ease. The front staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They managed a large influx of people right as they opened (from the hail storm last month, no doubt) with smiles and courtesy. I just got my windshield replaced and am in no place to inspect whether they did a good job. But it held against the storms last night and going 80mph down the highway, so I would say they did a great job! They even put the oil change sticker back on my windshield from the old one. Overall, I would highly recommend this place based on the experience I had.

I had a great experience with United Auto Glass when they installed my new windshield. From start to finish, their service was top-notch. The team was professional, punctual, and clearly experienced. I did have to drop off the car as they said since I was supplying the glass it had to be done at the shop (I live close so not a big deal for me) I've got a 1990 Ford Mustang that recently had the passenger window broken, I called up United Auto Glass and they let me know they with the age of the car they couldn't get the side window. Completely understandable however they did let me know if I was able to source it myself they'd install it so one ebay purchase later here we are. What you see in the pictures is exactly how I dropped it off and exactly how I got it back! (they even found my old air freshener lol) They have done the front windshield on this car before a few years back so I'm glad to see UAG is still a good place to recommend!

Guess their lifetime auto glass repair is only less than two years ! Two technicians came looked at windshield said trim was left off by last installer then during ice this winter it got in groove and cracked they said sorry they make it good and I wanted trim put back on ! then office contacted me made appointment to install sat home all day no installer or call on a Friday so I called Monday she said owner looked over this claim said it was almost two years no lifetime warranty ! I will never use them and spreading the word to everyone their shady business practice . But they wanted me turn it in on my insurance again $$$$$$$$$ grabbers

United Auto Glass was amazing. They got both of our vehicles taken care of the same day. Jackie went above and beyond keeping in touch and checking on us after the massive hail storm, and not only did she check in about the vehicles, she checked in and asked if we were safe and okay and how we were doing as a family. She recognized our immediate need for repairs and recognized that our plates are extremely full and we needed safe vehicles to transport ourselves and our little man. United Auto Glass earned a returning customer and I will recommend them to anyone any time I have the chance!

Made an appointment, days later called at 9:30 the day of the appointment as I was told to, they told me they would be at my place between 1-3 in afternoon then at 1:06 they call and tell me they can’t come because they ordered the wrong part. The owner called shortly after to apologize but I don’t have time to switch my schedule of work and doctors appointments two weeks in a row to accommodate their mistake (assuming they actually made a mistake and didn’t just overbook for the day). I will say everyone was friendly about it but I chose to go with someone else more reliable.

Fabulous service! I'm very happy with the outcome! I have a Jeep Wrangler JKU and it has a couple of the fun Jeep easter eggs on the windshield. We had a ROCK (not a pebble!) kick up from a truck's tire in front of us a few weeks ago and left a crack and tunnels as big as my hand and it had to be replaced. I was so sad to have to lose my easter eggs because I just knew they would replace with a generic glass... but when I got it back it had been replaced with an OEM part. I was so excited!!! I'll use them forever and have saved their number in my phone!

United Auto Glass provided a seamless and quick replacement for my windshield. A kind employee came to my work, called me to tell me he was there, and all I had to do was unlock my car. I told him to be careful because I had spilled coffee in my cup holder that morning. When I got off work and got in my car, not only did I have a new windshield, but I also had a clean cup holder! This employee went above and beyond to provide great service and went out of his way to help. (I think his name was Alex but I can’t recall). Thank you, United Auto Glass!

The new windshield that was installed seems to be doing just fine. No issues. The Only reason I didn't rate 5 stars was due to the exterior and interior being dirty. My Jeep arrived clean and upon pickup; there was noticeable dirt on the hood, and the driver's side was messy from the door panel to the floor. It's not a big deal, i cleaned it myself, but still. And I do greatly appreciate United Auto Glass supplying me with a vehicle, so as to go to work and not have to sit around n wait.ServicesAuto windshield repair

They definitely made our lives 1000 times easier, the night before our windshield was going to be put in my husband was going down the interstate and picked up rocks which ultimately shadder the back glass. I called them last minute and they had made accommodations to pick up the rear glass so the work was done at the same time. They worked fast and efficiently. We are super satisfied with there service and will be using them for all our glass needs.
