United Auto Glass

Late night on 06/24 I realized that I had taken a foul ball to my back glass. I called my insurance agent the next morning to file a claim for a replacement-within 30-45 mins I got a call from United Auto Glass to set up an appointment for a replacement. They came and picked up my vehicle Thursday morning and had it back to me in under 2 hours. After driving my car a little while that day I noticed that the back glass was flawed(manufacturing error) so I sent a video to the tech and within 30 mins he called me back stating he had already gotten another glass ordered and would replace it Monday morning and they did just that. They have THE BEST customer service out of any company that I have seen/dealt with in a very long time. If you find yourself in the same unfortunate situation I would not hesitate to contact United Auto Glass!

The folks at United Auto Glass are friendly and helpful. They were able to fix my back glass quickly. They could have told me the glass needed to be replaced (costlier) but they didnt. Brian even went so far as to show and explain to me what the issue was. This is the second time I've used them (on 2 different vehicles :-)) and am very satisfied with the office staff and the shop guy. Thank you United Auto Glass!

United Auto Glass replaced my windshield recently. Called for appt and was scheduled in 2 days. They called in approximately 2 hrs. and my car was finished. The employees were all very friendly and respectful. This is the 3rd time they have worked on my vehicles and have always been pleased. Good job United Auto Glass!!!

Friendly, great service! It was a specialty order for a rare vehicle, and they sourced the correct glass and handled the insurance. We were in and out of the shop in the amount of time they said. They receptionist even offered us a ride to a local restaurant. I couldn't be more please.

Customers service was Excellent! Not a hard process at all with this company. I even got a cool little loaner car too. Highly recommend them. Now I’m 100% sure they aren’t perfect but I’m highly satisfied with the work performed! Great Job United Auto Glass!
