Brought in my Porsche knowing full well it might not be the easiest. Although I was able to get in within a day the glass they received from their supplier was for a like model but with some extra features. The manager had a solution presented which was basically just an adjustment of my mirror up about an inch, or an option to leave it over night to be completed with the precise replacement the next day. He was very clear as he explained this was the ONLY difference but that it was completely up to me. He was very up front with me and presented my options. I opted to replace it same day. And while it took a little longer, they worked until after closing time to make it right, and offered upfront the price adjustment for the difference in glass and the increase in time spent waiting. Not how I wanted to spend an entire afternoon, sure, but these things happen and I firmly believe it's how a team handles the unexpected and unfavorable that sets them apart .This team made an afternoon that could have been nightmarish into an afternoon that was simply kind of long .Not easy to do when you're talking Porsche repairs. :) .5 stars. And thank you .

Scheduled a Windshield Replacement for 2014 Nissan Titan pickup. Everything went well with the install and the window fit seemed good and the Safelite team did get the job done on schedule. However after I picked up the truck and drove it home I noticed that the Plastic Trim(Base of the Windshield exterior) on the Truck was loose and it wasn't this way when I dropped off the truck. Discovered that the attachment point(clips) were broken. Unfortunately, the dealer did not admit to breaking the clips. For me this is a major integrity issue. Claimed that they were broken when they started and that whomever installed the previous windshield broke them. When I pointed out that they had changed the last windshield 2 years ago. Then and only then did they agree to replace the broken trim parts. However, I have yet to receive the replacement parts a month later.

The windshield replacement was great. However, I do have two issues. First-this location no longer provides onsite service. I understand that technicians quit or move on to other positions, but the person who previously came to my home for multiple replacements still works there, so I'm not sure why they no longer offer onsite service. Second-The technician drove my vehicle about 15 miles (this may have been needed to calibrate the systems, IDK) but when I got into the vehicle, the radio was blaring, making me think, perhaps, there was a little joy riding going on. Not sure, just pointing it out. I have used Safelight Auto Glass for windshield replacement for many years and will continue to use them, but wanted to share this experience.

PLEASE READ! It’s been 3 days since I had my car’s windshield replaced. As soon as I got the car, it rained. Too scared to check if my windshield is still there. After all the terrible reviews I’ve read here, it made me feel uneasy to do business with Safelite. I still gave them a chance. I care about the QUALITY. According to the text message, Autumn was my technician. This one is for you. I appreciate your work with the car! technicians are one of the underrated jobs. I appreciate all your hard work and efforts to deliver a finished product on time. I love the new windshield! It was nice doing business with you.

Worst place ever. State Farm set me up with these jokers. Called me to schedule an appointment for Saturday. Drove an hour each way to get there. Place is closed with a handwritten sign that says closed on Saturdays. Nice! Try answering your phone. Even your own people who answer the 1800 safelite line can’t even get you on the phone or get you to answer an email. No one use these guys. They are NOT reliable. They never offered to reimburse me for my gas money. State Farm to note of my complaint and rescheduled me with a great glass repair company in Hays. Do NOT go here. If I could give less than one star I would.

Selected this company online and made an appointment tried calling the following day to double check appointment time and ask a question. Call center took close to 20 minutes of wait on hold time before I could speak to the people that were actually going to do the work. I finally spoke to a Tony in Salina and boy, he was rude, raising his voice, made me feel incompetent, Tony provided the absolute worst experience I've ever had on trying to simply set up an appointment to replace a back windshield. I would not recommend this place whatsoever!

I recently had to get my new car's windshield replaced at Safelite due to an unexpected crack, and I was thoroughly impressed with the service. The windshield replacement and camera system recalibration were completed with shocking speed; I received a call that the car was ready in just under two hours after dropping it off. The staff were very professional, and the facility was impressively clean and neat. I highly recommend Safelite for their efficient and high-quality service!

They always do good work at this Safelite Auto Glass here in salina. They've done work for my employer with windshield repairs and replacement. They replaced a windshield in my Range Rover when it was broken. And they replaced a side door glass in my wife's car when it was vandalized at the Central Mall their work was very good and reasonable very professional. Safelite Salina never disappoints!

Dre was very helpful and did a great job replacing my driver's-side window. I am most impressed with the timely service. My vehicle had been broken into over the weekend, and Safelite was able to come to my work and complete the repair within 2 days. In a time of stress, they helped to ease my worries and resolve this issue for me very quickly and thoroughly. Thank you for the great service!

Found another company that was half the price. The problem I had was the inability to speak with a live person it will not give you the option that was the reason I shopped around because of the inability to speak with a human which I'm glad happened because like I stated in the beginning the local ma and pa company was 1/2 the price with great customer service and was done very quickly
