I reached out to KS AutoGlass through Google maps messaging and received a respond within a minute. After providing the vin number, I got an estimate for my windshield that was great and within my budget. He also came to me and replaced the window for no extra cost at my house. He replaced the windshield in less than an hour, and cleaned everything after he was done. Amazing customer service and excellent communication. Thanks for making this experience smooth.

I had a great experience with Ghani! I called around for quotes and thankfully stumbled upon his google listing. All the other shops quoted me between $310-440 for my Jeep. Good thing I kept shopping around because not only did Ghani find me the best price (under $300), but his personable customer service and eagerness to fix my windshield won my business. I called on a Friday afternoon and he said he could fix same day! But since I lived over on the MO side, due to schedules we had to bump it the next day...which is still amazing how quick it was! Had to get my windshield replaced. I have a Subaru with all those camera-driven safety features (lane departure warning, collision warning, etc...). The staff at Safelite warned me that windshield replacement + camera recalibration could take as much as 3.5 hours. They got it done in only 2 hours, which was great since I was waiting for the repair on site. The only drawback is the sticker shock for the recalibration. It basically tripled the cost of just the glass replacement. To be clear, they didn't ambush me with that. They told me up front, and due to the very large size of the crack and another planned road trip I didn't feel like I had a lot of time to waste getting other estimates. So I'm curious to know if recalibration costs that much at other shops, but I give this shop 5 stars for ease of getting an appointment, clear communication, and timeliness of service.
