A cut above the rest! My first interaction with Auto Glass & Tint Shop was back in 2004 after purchasing a Ford Mustang. I had visited and spoken with several local installers, and was most impressed with the knowledge, professionalism, and experience of the team at Auto Glass & Tint Shop. In speaking with the owners, Nick and Kay, you could sense the pride and confidence they have in their team and a genuine interest in earning my business. The front office team is extremely knowledgeable and has always been great with communication, follow-up, and tackling any question I’ve thrown their direction. In addition to tinting the windows of the Mustang, I had the majority of the exterior covered in paint protection film. When it came time to purchase additional vehicles, I did not hesitate with returning to Auto Glass & Tint Shop for window tinting and paint protection film on each. From the Ford Mustang in 2004, to a Honda Civic in 2007, and then a Honda Odyssey in 2009, each experience resulted in a highly satisfied customer! I have always appreciated their guidance and recommendations as it relates to product selections and different areas of the vehicle I want to protect. I’ve never had a situation in which I needed to return a vehicle due to an issue with workmanship. I have been impressed with the enhancements of the window tint and paint protection film in recent years. Whether you’re considering ceramic tint for minimizing heat and UV damage, or paint protection film to mitigate the wear and tear to your vehicle paint, I highly recommend visiting the team at Auto Glass & Tint Shop. My most recent purchase is a 2023 Honda Accord. I want to give a huge ”thank you” and “shout out” to Teri! She was a huge help throughout the process. I had the windows tinted with XPEL Prime XR Plus film and most of the exterior covered with XPEL paint protection film. As a last step, I took the vehicle to a local company for a ceramic coating to be applied. So for a little back story, I own a 2005 Silverado. For roughly a year, I had been chasing an intermittent leak that was causing water to come into the cab and pool up in the driver side floor. Through my own testing, I was able to determine that the seal on my rear windshield had failed in one area and was allowing cabin air to exit, and possibly outside water to enter. I called Auto Glass and Tint Shop in order to get an estimate on having the window re-sealed. When explaining my situation to the receptionist, she seemed to be knowledgeable about the leaking issue I was experiencing. Before attempting to schedule me for an appointment, she suggested I inspect the 3rd brake light housing as the seals often fall apart and allow water to enter the cab. I had replaced the seal (and the entire 3rd brake light housing) a few days prior and I had no doubt this was part of the issue. But seeing as the window seal was failing as well, I wanted to get that knocked out too. I was impressed with the receptionist’s knowledge and her willingness to offer me technical advice over the phone. (Seriously, that’s almost unheard of these days.) I was also appreciative of the fact she was willing to potentially lose a customer if I weren’t already aware of the 3rd brake light issue. Based on that alone, I was sold on scheduling the repair though them, regardless of the estimated cost. Although I was in a position where I could drop my truck off and pick it up later with no time crunch on the staff, the repair was completed in a very short time. The technician re-sealed my window, and noted that during the repair, there was evidence found of the 3rd brake light housing leaking water. Again, it was nice to know multiple people were looking out for my best interest! I haven’t written a whole lot of reviews, but I initially contacted this place because of all the good reviews I read. I felt it was only fair that I contribute, especially for the service and dedication I received. I’ve already referred one friend here, and I wouldn’t hesitate to bring back any future work I may need.

For TWO years I tried to get my cracked windshield replace. My insurance company sent me to several different shops ALL said they could NOT find a blue glass replacement. Every time they would order one it would arrive grey. Even the Mercedes dealer got in a grey windshield! I had about given up when some one on Facebook was asking for referrals to get a cracked windshield replace. 10 different people all suggested AutoGlass and Tint! I wrote down the phone number. Terri from AutoGlass got me on the phone with my insurance company she went round and round with them to get approval for a OEM windshield! She won and she reassured me that it would come in blue. I had heard this so many times before that I had doubt it would actually be blue. She called me when it arrived and let me come in and check it. Sure enough it was BLUE!!!!! From my first phone call to schedule an appointment until my Jeep was finished, nothing but the best customer service. They were easy to schedule a time with and got me in as soon as I arrived. I’ve used other companies in the past but was pleased with their results and quality of work. They were just a little more expensive than another company, but everything I’ve read about them, I was perfectly fine paying a little more for quality. Window tinting in a very small investment and its well worth paying for top quality. When we purchased another vehicle from a dealership, they hired someone to come in and tint the windows for us . I’m still not pleases with their cut lines and wish I would have found Auto Glass and Tint sooner. Auto Glass & Tint has perfect cut lines, which you can’t even find a flaw. Just completed my second time doing business with Auto Glass & Tint and highly recommend. First visit was a couple of years ago for full tint on my car and was an excellent installation and very fair pricing for 3M ceramic tint at the time. Now the past few weeks I needed a new windshield on brand new car after it getting chipped up on a road trip and they were very easy to work with. They handled everything directly with my insurance, only collecting my deductible to get everything started for ordering the glass and installing. I wanted to use a local installer vs Safelite, etc. and so far everything seems just as good as new, and was able to get OEM glass as well. They had me scheduled as soon as the glass arrived and had it ready to go in half a day, including recalibration of the assist system sensors. This place does a lot of the jobs for all the dealerships nearby and their quality of work reflects why.

We have a 2008 Range Rover that has the defroster built into the glass as well as a rain detector. Only OEM glass will work regardless of what S________ may tell you. Auto Glass & Tint ran the VIN number and ordered the correct replacement. It was backordered from England. We knew it would take awhile, but the alternative was one a dealer in Florida had asking $4,000 plus shipping or going without a defroster. Terri at Auto Glass called me every Saturday to tell me the status of the order. It took 6 months but arrived last week and was installed today. This is the kind of customer service that was wiped out by Covid most places. Defiantly the Go to Place for glass replacement and repair. Windshield are not just glass anymore. Collision detectors, lane warmings and safety other features are in the glass. Not sure it is a smart choice to trust this to some kid that shows up in your driveway. .

After the rear gate windshield of my 2024 Rav 4 cracked and slowly shattered, I was advised (by Jay Wolfe body shop) to take it to Auto Glass and Tint Shop in Merriam. After viewing a lot of outstanding reviews from a lot of, they were believable for me to seek service there. From the starting phone calls to them to the day of the glass replacement service, they have been incredible just as everyone’s reviews pointed out. All of the staff and employees including Natalie have been completely great in the overall process. More than I initially thought, the wait time for the service did not take long at all. The OEM glass replacement was seamless and still holds up well at this time. They even did a great job cleaning up the badly glass littered cargo area in the Rav 4.kudos to excellent service and professionalism all around!

What started out as a great experience became an even greater customer experience thanks to Kay. A part that had been installed 7 months earlier loosened and needed adhesive. Unfortunately the car had become undriveable to prevent further loosening of the part. Kay was SOOO friendly and understanding. She realized it was a quick fix and pulled one of the technicians to immediately address the issue. I had initially been greeted by Terri who was rude and curt and in a snide tone told me "We will get to you". She didnt' take my key or acknowledge me any further. It wasn't until I spoke to Kay did things turn around. Thank goodness this company has Kay. She is a gem and made what could have been a terrible experience and a 1 star review, a 5 star. Thank you Kay!

Teri was fantastic to communicate with. Emailed questions and she responded promptly and was very helpful with information and quote numbers. Shop was very flexible with appointment times as well. I arrived 20 minutes early for appointment, they took my sedan back 10 minutes early and were done in about 1 hr 20 mins....way faster than the 3 hr quote. Had all windows, except windshield, done with 30% ceramic. Car looks fantastic. When completed, they pulled it out front and then performed a final inspection to insure the work was done properly. Very pleased with entire process, the staff, and the pricing. Will use this shop again and will not hesitate to recommend to others.

Auto Glass and Tint has been tinting my vehicles for as long as I can remember. The reason that I continuously return to them is because they actually care about their customers and about doing a quality job. In today's marketplace, that seems to be unheard of anymore. This last week I returned to them for windshield replacement on a speciality vehicle. While the situation was more complicate than either of us would have liked. They went above and beyond to get the job completed. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!
