Highly recommend these guys. Our vehicle (2023 Kia Telluride) windshield had all of us scratching our heads. Definitely tested their technicians knowledge and probably their patience. We ran into some issues with the heads up display not projecting clearly and level on our windshield. R&B assured us that they were going to make it right and have it fixed. They did just that! 3 windshield replacement later our car was back to normal. The communication the determination and the flexibility these guys showed us was incredible. Kyle always made sure to keep me in the loop on updates shipping times and possible solutions. To be clear the windshield failure was not their fault (manufacture). They stayed true to their word and fixed our windshield. This 2 month process was painless because of how flexible these guys were with our crazy schedule. It helped that they never left you in the blue on what’s going on with your vehicle. If I could give them 10 stars I would. I will be bringing my vehicles back to these guys for any work needed. Found a chip in my windshield a week or so ago. No idea when it happened as we don’t drive my car that much. Took it to Omaha last weekend in the sub zero temps and it started to crack. Called and set up an appointment for mobile service today as Rob works from home on Fridays. Perfect fix. Can’t see chip or cracks. Always awesome service (we use them at work for our fleet too). So appreciate the mobile service so I don’t have to take time out of my schedule to go and wait for my appointment. And very competitive pricing. Highly recommend!!!!!

We have had several repairs done at R&B over the years and we’ve never been disappointed. Large vehicle repairs are never easy, but their team always makes it as painless as possible. I threw on installing a new soft top to their to-do list very last minute, but they still rolled with it even though it was not as easy of an install as I assumed it would be. Always reliable, and always friendly. Would recommend them, or any of their partner companies, any day of the week.

This place is likely the best automotive service place I've ever been to. Kyle is absolutely amazing. I wish I would have found them sooner. I like the mainstream competitor....but this place is on a higher level. Safelite couldn't fix my window, so I found this place. My only regret is that I didn't find them sooner. My repair came in several hundred dollars cheaper than I thought. The window was cheaper through these guys also. Thanks for the wonderful service Kyle.

The best part was Kyle Lee asked a lot of good question. I have a newer car and had no idea how many things are now in your windshield. He took control, walked me through the process and delivered on what he said he would do. And then, he followed up personally. That just doesn't happen. This was so easy. I needed to replace my windshield. My car has two forward cameras, which makes calibration a challenge. Being a local business for me made this even easier. The work was done well, and quickly. Kyle was very easy to work with and was very informative. I absolutely recommend R&B.
