I messaged him late Saturday evening with my vehicle, make model, etc. he messaged me right back with a quote and also a time when he could do it which was the Monday following that weekend. Not only is Steve competitively priced, but he will get you right in compared to other shops. When he showed up to my house, I talked with him like I was a friend, and he did the same. He treated me well with respect and integrity and gave me some background on this history of himself and business. He told me what he needed, He told me when it would be done, and made it very easy for payment. Did I mention he was done in about 1 hour? Even gives a free chip if it were to happen in the timeframe and if there were any issues moving forward from the install. Experienced a break in (over the weekend, of course) and no one else was available. Steve with Idowa AutoGlass answered the phone promptly and responded with urgency.
