I appreciate how their office staff shopped around to find the best price for a new windshield. Cedar Valley Auto Glass had the best price out of the several companies I called. I'm glad I chose them! They did a great job with the installation and finished the job within an hour and a half. They can also glue small chips to extend the life of your windshield. I would definitely come back. UPDATE January, 2023 - I did come back after a truck threw a rock at my side door window and completely shattered it. I was able to get an appointment that day to get some plexiglass installed. They even vacuumed up the broken glass in my car at no extra cost. I thought I had a crack in my windshield. Turns out it was a scratch caused by my wipers, but nothing more serious than that. Before I found out, I had called CV Auto Glass to order a windshield for replacement. After I dropped my car off, they let me know I didn't have an issue. I didn't pay a fee for the part they ordered, or for their time, and they cleaned my windshield and offered to see if they could get the scratch out. They were understanding about my mistake, kind, and pleasant to work with. I've seen them before, when I did have a crack. Their service was prompt (car was ready in 1.5 hours) and professional, and they gave me a fair price for the replacement parts and labor. So we were driving through the area when we got a rock chip on our motorhome windshield. I initially contacted Safelite as they had taken care of our windshields in the past, but I couldn't believe the quote of a $163.00 for a simple rock chip repair! I believe this is the 3 or 4 windshield that I have had replaced by Gina and Jim. They got me right in with my 2017 Jeep Wrangler. Their prices are lower than anywhere I have checked. I keep returning due to their great prices, and professional and friendly service!!! Also I have "easter eggs" (stickers by Jeep on my windshield) I orders replacements from Etsy. When they change out the windshield knew I would lose them) Jim replaced the jeep stickers perfectly!!! Everything is good as new!! I had my windshield get damaged badly by derecho and unfortunately did not have insurance that would cover getting my windshield replaced. I then moved back up to Cedar Falls for school and called around finding quotes and Jim with Cedar valley auto glass was the most helpful person I talked to, and gave me the most reasonable price. Once I brought my car in, I told them another problem with my passenger side windshield. They went ahead and fixed it for me free of charge! These folks are the epitome of quality and customer service. I've taken three vehicles here for rock chip repairs. They're kind enough to tell you if it does or doesn't need filling/repair for no charge. Of the three cars I've taken, they have filled/repaired two windshields with rock chips. They are quick, courteous, and priced right. I wouldn't take my cars anywhere else for glass work. A friend also took his car there for a windshield and they did a great job for a great price for him as well.

Went in for a chip [with some cracking less than the size of a quarter] quoted $32 before coming in. They quickly explained the process before taking the keys and that the chip will still be visable after the fix. Showed up 15 min early still got right in took about 30 min, and charged the $32 they quoted. Super friendly, and fast service! Will be going back if I ever need this service again.
