I came into the shop with a chip in the windshield. Didn't want it to spread, and $50 was way less than it would be to replace. In short order, the polite staff were able to fill the chip in. Something happened to our vehicle while there. We got 2 different reasons as to why. It got fixed but only after I said something. It should have been fixed immediately when it happened. Edit: They also changed the wipers and it rained for the 1st first since today. And they broke the clip for the passenger wiper so it won't hold in place. Do not go here unless you are willing to have damage done. Get 2 different excuses why. And then after all that find out they broke your windshield wipers and said absolutely nothing about that either. That's 2 different things that happened while in their care. And they just left it and did nothing. HORRIBLE job!! The wiper makes a big clanging noise so you can't even drive in the rain now. UPDATE: After recently going through a carwash 6 months later, I discovered water coming in from the side of my windshield through a crack in the plastic surround. I don't think it had anything to do with the windshield repair but decided to call Miami Glass to see if they could help. They had me bring my car in and fixed the crack with no charge. Support your local business and go to Miami Glass for your windshield needs! After calling some of the bigger companies and getting what seemed to be outrageously high quotes, I tried Miami Glass on the advice of a friend. They came in $200 under safelight and were courteous to work with. I highly recommend for all your glass needs. They do have a small service charge for credit cards so if you have the cash to spare, you would pay a little less!

I had a small chip in my windshield back on October, then a few months later it decided to turn into a crack that was too large to patch (18+"). I did some research into a few places and Miami Auto Glass was by far the cheapest option. I took at look at their reviews and they were very highly rated. I scheduled it and they were able to do the replacement as soon as they got the windshield in which was 24 hours later. Left the job half way done. My window doesn’t lock like the rest of my windows do.They charged me almost $400 and said they did what they could. When im driving my truck you can hear the glass moving around, they didn’t clean the broken glass before they installed the new one 😡 the owner told me to wait about 2 to 3 weeks and maybe it will work like it should but that doesn’t work after. I'm giving these guys all the stars. Personable, family run business without all the BS. Need a price, no problem. Need it out today, I will find a way. Want it done right? Absolutely. If you need work done on auto Glass, go here. And oh by the way, he was $90 better than the big guys with all the bells and whistles. He had me out with a new windshield in time for me to drive back to Ohio.
