I had a walnut fall out of a tree and hit my windshield while driving on Thursday evening after work. On Friday morning, I submitted it to insurance and decided to call around for a better out of pocket price rather than paying my deductible or who they recommended. Let me save you some time! Patriot Auto Glass had the best prices out of 6 places that I called (By Far!), They were also able to get me in the quickest, and were the only company willing to come to me so I didn't have to take time off work (that's a plus, right?!). Brock (the owner) stayed in communication with me the night before and day of, narrowing down the time frame (which is something I requested due to my job and to better accommodate him). They pulled up at 4:25pm and got started right away. He came up to the door when he was finished and was very professional. My husband cracked some jokes with him while he took care of the bill and then he quickly gave me some instructions. At 4:47pm they were pulling away! Patriot did a phenomenal job on our vehicle. We had a crack develop. My wife contacted them after a quick Google search. Very communicative and helpful before the sale. The techs arrived early and performed a solid installation. They were kind, courteous and knowledgeable. They did a great job of communicating the post-installation instructions and told us to let them know of any issues. A few days later, we finally used the wipers. The passenger side wasn't working. My wife texted and they dispatched a tech the very next morning. 10 minutes, and the problem was resolved! Patriot provides excellent customer service with prompt response times. If you're in need of service, I could not give a higher recommendation. This veteran owned company will get all of my auto glass business in the future.

12/28/22...FYI, your price beat all of your competitors, but your service did as well, Brock, despite the hiccup. 🙂 I knew immediately after talking to you, that your company would be my choice, pretty much no matter the price. After numerous calls, some of which I called even after talking to you, just to see if anyone could woo me away, no one even came close. I appreciated your personal touch, your striving hard to make ends meet as a small business owner, and to serve your customers, most especially veterans... plus, Alex and Tanner did a fine job and were quite personable too. So, IMHO, you can raise your prices a bit and still beat your competitors hands down, large and small. As a parent who lives a distance from our college student we got the dreaded call from our daughter that she was having issues with a car window. I researched and came across Brock at Patriot Auto. He not only communicated with us what the process was and that he would go to our daughter location, provide a temporary fix until the part arrived, he personally delivered the part and worked with his crew to make sure everything was working properly. They worked around her class schedule, work schedule, and took care of her car with quality work. Thank you to the Patriot Auto team for taking such good care of us and communicating through the process. It makes it much easier for families who aren’t there to guide their young adults. I would highly recommend Brock and his team.

We are in town for FDIC and one of our fire trucks while in transit had a rock hit and chip the windshield. I called two other national companies, using the call back option and never heard back. At the same time I saw Patriot Auto Glass, which is Veteran owned and operated (huge plus for me). An actual person answered the phone, took my information, clearly explained costs for mobile service and said they’d call me the next day with my appt schedule. Next day, I got the phone call and Alex showed up right on time! Worked hard and efficiently, was very professional and courteous! Wonderful experience! I love them in will always call them when I need anything done correctly. They came today in did my windshield for my car in the guys were great, their were done in no time. Before getting started he explained what he was going to do in even looked at my tires for me. Lol Even after he was done he again explained everything he did to me in what I needed to do after he left. I really appreciated that! These days no one explains nothing in just leave. I had a great experience with Patriot Auto Glass on the repair on my car power window. Tanner and Richie both were very knowledgeable and friendly during the short time they were here. I think they had the part installed on my door within 10 minutes. I only wish I had found them earlier when I started having problems with the window. I could not have had a better experience, considering the situation that lead me to these guys. They were professional, friendly and FAST! They replaced my back and rear passenger windows in about an hour. They even cleaned the glass out of the car! If I could give them more stars, I would. I’m grateful for the swiftness in getting me on their books, then getting the service done. So I had to replace my windshield and have lived in Carmel Indiana for 2 weeks now. Not knowing who is who I blindly make calls and Right NowAuto Glass is the best price I get. I called yesterday. They came today. Said they would be here at 1:10 pulled in at 1:05. Said the job would take about 30 minutes it took them 20. Have used Brock and his crew multiple times for many different kinds of vehicles. My personal SUV to 4 company trucks. As they are always on the road Brock had managed to work with us and get the windows done so the driver did not have any down time. And flawless work too. Cleaned up the mess. Cleaned the window and dash board. And it was like they were never there. Prices were great and affordable also. I would recommend them for sure to anyone for any kind of window replacement.
