Got windshield replacement. First visit window still leaked and trim not replaced. Second visit to fix leak and trim still not correct and now is broke. The inside roof fabric is also lose now where the windshield meets roof. Payed $300 and just over it, the back and forth. Waisting my family's time & money to keep setting up appointments for things to be done half a$$. Don't recommend and will now having things fixed elsewhere.

I am so impressed by my entire experience with Lake Auto Glass. My side window spontaneously burst on the highway yesterday. I called and the woman who I spoke with on the phone was extremely professional, friendly, and sympathetic to my unfortunate situation. The price quote was lower than the 5 other local places I contacted. They were able to get me in for service today. It took about 30 minutes from start to finish and the price was hundreds of dollars lower than Safelite and my insurance. I am so impressed with the quality and speed of service at this company. They had to beat the rain to replace my windshield and they did. They came to my house (25 minutes away) and had it done start to finish in 20 minutes. Excellent job and friendly workers. Bonus was that they did not charge extra coming to my house and they were cheaper than anywhere else I called that wanted me to try driving my car to them! I will recommend them to everyone! I priced another local glass repair company and they were more expensive and would have my car all day. Because of the lower quote and 4.8 rating online I decided to go with Lake Auto Glass LLC. I’m so glad I did! Not only did they save me more than $100, I had an 8 AM appointment. I was there on the dot. The friendly and knowledgeable receptionist advised that it would take 45 minutes. It was exactly that and I was on my way with the rest of my day to complete everything I needed to do! Great service!!!!

The gentlemen who came to my house were very polite and professional. They replaced a 30 year old windshield with a new one and it looks 100 times better than orginal. The guys were guick and in less than 30 minutes were done . I was impressed. And the attention to detail made me happy. Driving from Wisconsin to atlanta; before leaving I cracked the back glass in my van. Called all over, they said they would have it if I could get there by 7:30. Sure enough, they were ready. They had the glass, and talked to me about fixing small other things as well. Highly recommend. Everyone else said that the van was too old and couldn't help. I had them replace my windshield on a Ram 1500 Tradesman pickup truck. I made an appointment for the next day. The next day I called to ask if I could come earlier, and they were very accommodating. The customer service rep was great. I was there for about 20 minutes and they were finished! I hope I don't need to, but if I do, I'll be going there for every new windshield I need in the future.

Amazing fast & friendly service . They ordered our window and had it installed the next morning in less then an hour. Not only were they the best price in town there work was perfection! This most recent visit was purely informational. However, many years ago, I had a windshield replaced here. The guys did a great job, it wasn't as expensive as I expected, & it didn't take all day! I do remember wishing they had a more comfortable waiting area. Overall, they're always my first choice when it's time to consider this kind of work.

I showed up for my appointment with my 2008 FJ Cruiser early. I was taken in immediately. They were fast. There instructions were clear and concise. They did the work on one days notice. The work looks good. There waiting area is bit run down but I found them to be profesional. And they have a fair price. I will go again if needed.
