I was referred to 1st Class Auto Glass for repair work on my convertible Ford Mustang. 1 wing window was not operating correctly. Upon calling, Tracy stepped up & offered to do some research on the window trim as I thought that was the problem. She answered every question & made sound suggestions. She spoke with me a couple days later & requested pictures. After looking at the pictures, Tracy requested that I bring my car in so Albert could look at it. I work downtown, so it was a drive to get there on my lunch hour. They waited for me & got me right in. After they received a short history on my car, Albert came out & explained what the problem was, then showed me what the problem was, what he did to fix it & assuredly fixed it quickly & professionally. The experience was a pleasure with the entire staff & owners. I will be back the next time I need glass work or associated glass work done. I recommend their business without any reservation! My experience was anything but 1st Class. 1st Class Auto Glass was subcontracted by my collision repair company to replace my windshield. Initially when replacing my windshield, my passenger side dashboard was damaged while they were doing so, they would not accept responsibility for the damage. Second, my newly installed windshield had damage in the far upper corner which I noticed a few days after picking up my vehicle when the sun hit the crack just right. I called the collision center and they had me bring it back in to meet with the owner of 1st Class Auto Glass and he walked up, glanced at the damage and said it was a not their fault and began walking away. I asked him about the dashboard damage in person and he behaved unprofessionally and a little belligerent and walked away. Not 1st Class, not professional and accepting no responsibility for a job done poorly, in my opinion. Needless to say, I would not recommend them over other companies in Lafayette.

Fantastic service!! Tracy and team at 1st Class Auto Glass were responsive, explained everything clearly and worked with my insurance and the dealer to get the windshield ordered for my vehicle. Even when the dealership dropped the ball on my windshield delivery, Tracy was patient, so professional and reached out to let me know an updated timeline for my repair. Other places in town failed to return my calls, or were not prepared to help when I arrived, so I had to leave with no repair after arriving for a scheduled appointment. I really appreciate that 1st Class treated me like a valued customer, greeting me when I arrived and thanking me for my business. I know it's a small touch, but it matters ☺️. When my windshield replacement was done, there were no dirty hand prints on my beige/white interior either - the dealership isn't even this clean, ha! I would absolutely recommend you call 1st Class Auto Class before anyone else to get your windshield repair lined up!

This place is great! I unfortunately had a sizeable crack on my windshield. Being that my car is new, I originally called the local Jeep dealer to see if they would be able to fix it, given that it has specific parts, window jeep badge, etc. The service woman at Jeep was not interested in helping me and said "you can bring it in I guess, but we would then send it to another place like 1st Class Auto Glass or *insert other name*", so I hung up and called 1st Class. From the start, the team was very helpful and upfront on the process, and working through insurance, they made it so easy and quick! I had such a good experience here. Not only did they get me in within 2 days, they were able to give me the CHEAPEST price including recalibration in town. I am so thankful someone mentioned this place to me, you guys rock! I was told at first that they weren’t sure if my windshield could be recalibrated or not because there was an error code with my camera, but they ended up recalibrating it anyways, and it worked. I had a rock chip on my windshield and called around looking for a place to get it filled in. I spoke to Tracy on the phone and was immediately taken by how friendly and customer centric they were, so I set an appointment. I showed up the next day and the friendliness, not just by Tracy but by Albert as well. They are honest, friendly, very customer focused, and do a fantastic job at extremely reasonable prices. Not that I want to get another rock chip or other damage to my windshield, but if I did, I would go right back to them.

1st Class indeed! Tracy made it very easy on me in the beginning by getting my insurance on a 3-way call to ensure that I would only pay the comprehensive deductible for my windshield replacement. Then Blane and Johnathan were able to achieve 100% calibration on my Subaru's eyesight (lane assist, auto steering and collision detection) which is a feat in and of itself! I highly recommend their services, especially if you're a Subaru owner.

My windshield got cracked I'm guessing from something after driving on the highway. I'd previously used the dealership for this same work after a previous incident. However, 1st Class Auto Glass did a better job, was more affordable, and nicer to work with than the dealership ever has been. This business does excellent work. If you have a subaru with eye sight sensors, they have the tools to recalibrate it when getting your front windshield replaced. They provide excellent customer service as well. Tracy was very helpful in assisting me with calling my insurance for the claim to have the work done there since they are partners with Zeigler Subaru which is where I got my car from. Very happy!

My windshield was damaged by a foul ball right before I was leaving town for military training. In just two days, the team at 1st Class Auto Glass was able to order, replace, and re-calibrate my windshield and all safety systems. When the original windshield was delivered with damage, they drove all the way to Indianapolis to get a new one. Top notch customer service and all around amazing people.
