Lee’s is EXTRAORDINARY! Of all my 185+ reviews, I have never felt like any business deserved 10 stars. Lee’s Expert Auto Glass is the lone exception. The best glass replacement experience I have ever had (actually, one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had period). A rock bullseyed the strip of glass above my windshield on my Stinger. The part was expected to take over a week to arrive but arrived early on the Friday before Lee’s would be closed a week for vacation. I fully expected, and was perfectly ok with, waiting until they returned. However, they let me know that they would have it ready for me that day. Despite being very busy, they took the time to work my car in. And they did it exactly the right way; they finished up all the work they had scheduled for the day and did mine last so that none of their other customers would be inconvenienced. Lee himself stayed after normal business hours to make sure I was taken care of. The level of friendly and sincere customer service and Lee’s knowledge and expertise are at a level I have never experienced before at any similar establishment. Lee and his staff went FAR beyond my expectations and are in a league of their own. Save yourself from stress and hassle. For any of your automotive glass needs, see Lee. On my way to get a paint scratch fixed, a semi kicked up a rock and cracked my windshield. And it was Lee to the rescue again. I need to reiterate that my experience with Lee and his staff is simply the best customer experience I have ever had, bar none. If you experienced it, you know what I mean. What a pleasure it was having Lee's replace the windshield in my 250 Transit work van!! I dropped the van off in the morning and they were able to give me a ride back to the job which was convenient for my scenario.. As I did my best to clear the cab of the van out for them, they went above and beyond to return the van in an even cleaner condition. A dash that hadn't been clean for the 2 years I've driven the van looks new again, just as the spotless windshield does! Unfortunately I did loose the tint I had on it, but that is just part of it and thought I'd remind the next person. I would highly recommend this family owned business to anyone needing glass repair. Hands down the best window replacement experience ever! It was a freezing Friday morning. I started my truck and went to get in, but I found my door window busted to pieces. From a recommendation, I checked into this place and checked with a local dealership to get a quote. Lee's not only did it for half the price of the dealership. They also cleaned up all of the glass as well as my messy floor! My truck looked so clean when I got it back. I also wanted to mention that after getting the part in the next business day, they made room to get me taken care of. They really care about their customers. If only Lee's knew how much other places were charging. Give them a try. You won't be disappointed!

I work in insurance, and admit the glass replacement process can be a bit confusing. Often the carrier, the carrier’s contracted glass claim service vendor, and the glass shop don’t coordinate things well for a good customer experience. But when my 87 year old mother’s new Ford Escape got windshield damage from a flying object, Lee’s made the process easy. They walked her through the entire process, offered her a ride home when she dropped off her vehicle, calibrated the electronics, and interfaced with the insurance carrier and their contracted glass claim service vendor seamlessly. Nothing but good things to say about Lee's. The price was accurate, and I didn't pay a penny more. They replaced my windshield, and it was ready the next day for pickup. I was able to drop off at my convenience, and they provided a ride back home. When I picked up my car, I needed to drop it off at another shop. They followed me to the other shop, and gave me a ride back to my other vehicle at Lee's. Friendly staff, accurate quote, quality work, and you couldn't ask for better service. My drivers side window in my 2019 mercedes van fell out of the lift arm during a rain storm. The dealership was in Fort Wayne over an hour away. I pulled into Lee's auto glass and explained my problem. Even though they were crazy busy they took the door apart and fixed the problem in a matter of minutes. I can't say enough about how impressed I was with their service and expertise! Not a drop of rain passed into my van! It actually works better than it did from the factory! I chose to take my van to Lee's Expert Auto Glass because of the friendly experience I had while trying to get an estimate. Other businesses in the area were very short and almost seemed annoyed to answer my questions and look up pricing. I was so stressed out today. Window quit working and it won't close, was panicking and don't know what to do. Went to my dealership but they were close, so started googling and the first one pop out is this business, went and I'm so glad that they are still open even though it was past closing time, the staff didn't even think twice but help me. Other than a slight miscommunication, I am satisfied. I brought it my car because I needed someone to help with my sunroof. I know it wasn't what they specialized in, but they were very kind for being willing to look at it for me first off. The lady on the phone is so nice and when I did get my car back, it ended up being a super easy fix so not alot of money had to be spent on my end either which is always a plus. Lee then came in on a weekend to give me my key and process the payment which is very kind to come in on a day off. I'm sure I will come back!

I unfortunately needed a windshield replacement. I had called my insurance, safelite, and asked around for recommendations. I was lead to Lee’s and was taken care of from second 1. He was nice, professional, and got the job done quickly. I lost my second job and was a little short when paying, and I was given another day to pay the rest, which most places would NEVER do.
