Car Glass Repair

They asked me to take pics ASAP of the windshield chip and text them to be repaired last night or tomorrow. I took the pics and texted them to no response. Called them and no answer either. Update: While waiting for an acknowledgment of my pics sent 7:42 PM Saturday that never came, not even a thumbs up emoji, I had accidentally called them back from my burner number. At 8:02 PM they texted that number sorry missed the call how can i help with auto glass service? I ignored that text and tried calling again and again from my main number. Eventually I wrote this review and blocked their number. Today, Monday, I get a text from a new number calling me heartless for trying to ruin a small business for not somehow psychically knowing some emergency had supposedly happened. Again this same person had eagerly texted back an unknown number during this supposed emergency. Maybe they were hoping someone at my burner number needed a replacement instead of inexpensive chip repair and that made the emergency less pressing. Today they claim they forwarded my pics to a tech to assess, a tech who also communicated nothing. If it's a real emergency and not a dog ate my homework story later don't selectively reach out to other phone numbers at the same time. I don't believe there was any emergency based on the text to the other number, so learn basic phone and text etiquette if you want to run a business. If you're going to get reviews you're not just going to get yes men. Insulting the public for merely sharing their literal experience isn't professional either.

These guys were great to work with! My back windshield was accidentally shattered after my daughter’s soccer game and while in search of somewhere that was a 24/7 company, I stumbled upon these guys. They got back to me super quick and had me scheduled for the next morning to get my window replaced. The guy came out to my work and had it done in no time and then I had a followup text to make sure everything went well. Reasonably priced, quick, courteous and I couldn’t have asked for a better company to help me when I needed it. Highly recommend and will def use them in the future if I ever need to.

Would have been better off going with a different company and paying $200 more. Wasted 8 hours of my time. After 4 hour wait brought wrong part and then another 3 hours to come back to fix the glass windshield and broke my mirror. Have to order a part and come back a 3rd time. Tried to get me with support a small business but seems the quality is not there for customers Have called for two weeks about my mirror that their technician broke. They gave failed to follow up saying they had emergencies but I don’t have a rearview mirror that has been on my car since getting it

We used this company for glass repair on two cars after our car windows were shot out over night. It was a great experience! They are honest, trustworthy, prompt, and the price was fair. They made a frustrating situation much easier. Technician Shane was very polite and a skilled problem solver. He also vacuumed the glass out from the inside of the car which was a helpful bonus. Owner Red followed up and made sure we were pleased. I highly recommend them.

I had a cracked windshield from an accident that took place months ago and insurance didn't want to pay for it, so i found this place in hopes to change out the windshield for a good price, and surely enough it was a great price, they also come to you which is crazy. This business is amazing and i hope they keep growing. Fast, reliable, and the communication was there. If you get a tech named shane just know he is about to get you right.

Had a great experience! The owner, Red, called shortly after I placed the request for a quote online and helped with all of my questions about windshields. The technician, Shane, was thorough and professional in replacing the windshield - super quick and easy process. Everything looked great after he was finished! The communication was stellar, and the price couldn’t be beat by other local shops. Highly recommend!

These guys were awesome! From beginning to end the professionalism, customer service, and care was top notch. You also cannot beat their prices (trust me I got many quotes from many places). They literally had my windshield fixed next day, and was able to meet me at my job so I didn’t have to miss any work. I will be recommending them to everyone I know!

Never used another auto glass place. Doubt I ever will. Quick easy proper work. Fair price. Good customer service. Kia boys broke my back driver's side window. Car glass repair shows up, less than 30 minutes later, windows fixed. What more do I want? If you're still shopping around, you're wasting time. Just use these guys.

My car was broken into and one of my windows was smashed over the weekend. They were the only car glass repair business I could find to call on a weekend and their response was immediate and thorough. They had someone out to fix it within the next day and it only took 30 minutes. Great price and service!! Highly recommend.

Came the next day to replace my cracked windshield! Was delayed a few hours past the estimated arrival window due to warehouse issues, but the service itself was good and Shane did a great job! Was the most reasonably priced of everywhere I called. Will definitely use them again!
