Caliber Auto Glass

After having a horrible experience with Safelight I called Caliber to replace my windshield. The experience from start to finish was excellent. I made the appointment online and someone called me within 24 hours to confirm the appointment and give me a time frame. The tech called me the day before the appointment day to confirm again and give me a closer time. He showed up exactly when he was supposed to and had the job done in about 45 minute. He did not try to sell me a bunch of things I did not need and the total price was actually cheaper then what Safelight was going to charge me. Could not ask for anything better.

Wasn't sure how this review was going to end up, but glad to say we can highly recommend Caliber Auto Glass. After a discrepancy between the original quoted price and the after finished price, they honored the original price knowing that a mistake was made on their end. Mistakes happen, people are human. In this day and age, finding a company that doesn't push the blame back on the customer is a revelation. Thank you for having integrity, and we will definitely recommend you to family and friends.

Awesome prompt service. Scheduled for back glass replacement on my truck and they were out within 24 hours. The technician was kind and courteous and the work was done quickly and efficiently. Every aspect of this experience was so easy and effortless. I’ve used Caliber for auto body repair several times in the past and their glass replacement service was just as good as the rest of the services they provide.

Very impressed with their customer service. They called to let me know they were on their way but I missed the call. They still came (to my work), found my car in the parking lot, and fixed my windshield. Most places would have not shown up and charged a missed fee. I appreciate their customer service ♥️. Daniel was my service tech. He was great!

They did a great job at a great price. The guy who installed the window did a good job by researching some information that was needed because the window was placed in a 1988 jeep wrangler. I would use them again and recommend that you use them as well. This window was replaced while my jeep was sitting on may garage.

Caliber was great! I Got a phone call shortly after my insurance filed a claim for my windshield. They even had availability the next day, but I was available the following day. Miguel came out to my house and explained everything and had a brand new front windshield placed in less than 90 minutes.

I was driving on the highway when a car had thrown a rock at my windshield, I was able to call caliber and they came to my house and completed the work in my garage and he was done in no time at all! Great work! Can’t even see the chip

Tech was friendly & knew what he was doing .I would have liked an eta in the morning .I called them at 1 pm & tech called back said he was on his way be there in 20 minutes. All comunications were done through text until i called them

Caliber got my rear glass replaced in a day. The service both phone and in person were great. If there's a way to give a guy a bonus Josh that did my install today deserves it. His demeanor on site helps sell your company big time.
