Auto Glass Now

Hi, I went to Auto glass now on w 38th Indianapolis and got my windsheild done. After immediately receiving and getting into my car my engine and all my lights came on my dash board I immediately notify the manager who refuse to help. After 📞 police the manager he finally came out and looked at my car . He hooked a tablet with wires to my car and finally did something where it deleted about 7 codes. I told the Manger that I will have to pay 120 to 200 to see why the light was coming on. The manager told me if I take it toMazada and get it diagnosed he would reimbursement me if its related to the windshield. The engine light and the others lights went off my dash board. After leaving the shop I drove around for fives minutes and my engine light popped on again. I will never go to this place every. I was disrespectful and immediately dismissed of my concerns for my car. Its was only after I call the police he tried to assisted me. The Manager tried to mislead me with information saying that calibration does effect your car. Please aware of taking your car here. If they make a mistake they will try to gaslight you.

I was called their competitor first before I called them , because I did not recognized their name and never see on AD. their competitors said Oh we can get you tomorrow blah blah and they ghosted me. But when I was googling , I saw them and talk with about my car need to be replaced Driver side door window and asked about when they can come. the guy on the phone said they can come next day and I think they will ghosted me too. But the next day technician was there and replace my window even I am not there. I told him by phone I will be there soon. But after when I was arrived he already finish his job and already clean broken pieces. Great and affordable price . Clean and professional. 10 stars recommends .

I had a windshield Safelite should have replaced originally, but denied me at first. I went to Auto Glass Now today to get it fixed. The manager told me I should go back to Safelite, because the crack in my windshield was indeed a stress crack. The manager gave me multiple contacts for Safelites higher ups and even helped me set up my warranty appointment on his computer with Safelite. Fortunately the old manager that originally denied my claim was gone and the new manager helped me with no problems. He even explained why it was their fault. I just wanted to thank the manager at Auto Glass Now for saving me alot of money. If I ever need a another windshield repair, ill be taking it to Auto Glass Now!

I had my front passenger window blow out randomly going down the road. Made it to a shop and got a quote. UGH! So I went out to my car and contacted 2 additional shops, including Auto Glass Now. Initially the quote was significantly higher than the shop I was sitting outside of, and I informed Robin of that. We disconnected and while sitting there trying to figure out my plan, as it is now 4pm and places are going to start closing, I got a text from Robin expressing that she utilized discounts and coupons and that brought the new quote well below all of my quotes. FANTASTIC!! I couldn't get in then, but they scheduled for early the next day. I was in and out within 1.5 hours.

I spent $80 for them to tell me they filled the crack in my windshield - but that I would still see it. “We don’t take care of the cosmetic” - is what I was told AFTER the “work” was done. I have a 2025 and didn’t want to see the crack - was the whole reason I took my vehicle in. It wasn’t until after that I was told if I wanted it gone, I needed the windshield replaced…. And they couldn’t do that for my vehicle. To me it was a waste of my time and my $80. And on top of that, I’m not sure they even filled the crack. It feels exactly the same now as before.

My range rover took a nasty rock to the windshield and when i went here i could tell immediately that Josh was very knowledgeable and made me feel immediate relief. The new windshield had to be ordered from Land Rover, during this process Josh and team was VERY communicative always following up when they said they would! Those details goes so far with me! If you need auto glass stop looking and go here! They know what they are doing and make you feel comfortable with the process!

They were really fast and everyone in the office was very friendly! Had to get a new drivers side window and everything went great with it. It was more affordable than other places aswell and they were easy to get in touch with. I guess they’re also mobile if you cant get to them, but if it’s during winter i think you need a heated garage for them to come. also was able to pay over the phone as i could not pay in person which was great. i definitely recommend. had no issues

Auto glass now, was really a NOW thing, all I got to say is they came in clutch today, called in for a quote, got one, from Daniel, had an appointment ready for 2pm already , showed up, took my hour lunch, I get a text 45 minutes later saying “ your car is ready for pick” my words at that time were “DAMNNNN, they my car done already” 💯💯 love the service, Corey at the desk and Daniel and one other guy, great service, I appreciate the grind!! 💯💯💯

When I arrived to the Auto Glass Now shop. The front Desk Representative was very friendly. Informative about information on glass replacements, the Representative that worked on my car for my front door driver side window replacement was very friendly and informative as well. As finding out my Window Motor is about to go out he let that be known while I was there I will definitely be back at this location for any of my car glass repair needs.
