The install tech was great. Zero issues with him. Every other step of the process with the Henderson/Evansville location was not good. Set an appt online, applied a discount code and received email confirmation day of service stating everything was good and they would be here, only to receive a phone call an hour after the email saying they would not be here due to the windshield that we ordered not arriving on their truck. Due to having to arrange several conflicting household schedules, we were not happy, as we had already juggled rto make this appointment happen. They had a very flippant attitude when iritation was expressed which resulted in the Safelite person at this location hanging up on us. We then receive another email, with a new appt time, which was a day and time we told them did not work for us, AND the price was now HIGHER than the original quote. Spoke to a manager in their scheduling department (800 number, could not speak to anyone local) who was able to get the that appt changed to a new one that worked for us and informed us we could have the install tech apply the discount code once he was here. This, according to the tech, was inaccurate, stating they had never been able to do that. Called their actual customer service 800 number and was also very flippant about us being hung up on, having the price raised, and the continued inconvenience this location had caused. She made excuses that our ordered windshield proably did arrive but broke in transit. Had this been the case, and communicated to us as such, we would have understood because it happens, however such was not the case. Our was simply never put on their truck to be delivered to the local store. The company as a whole, from the top to local, had zero ownership of their company dropping the ball somewhere and not ensuring our windshield was put on the truck for delivery to our local store. We did ask what they were going to do to make it right, as this was their mess up, which led to further delays, and the possibility that the damaged windshield would end up busting due to the nature of the crack/rain/and freezing temps we have been experiencing, only to be told there was nothing they could do and then disconnecting the line. Before Safelite responds to this saying I was screaming, I was indeed screaming as I was across the room from my husband, who was on the phone with them, and wanted to ensure they could hear me. And yes, I repeatedly asked what they were going to do to make this right. Not once did we receive an I'm sorry, let me see what, if anything we can do. Or a we are sorry for the further inconvenience our mess up has caused. Just a disconnected line after keeping an appointment that didn't work for us on their books, to the lies of a discount code being applicable at time of install, all the while with a flippant "crap happens" attitude. Their 800 customer service rep was able to convince this local store to take off the price of the wipers and discount another $14 to bring us back to the original price quoted on the initial set up appointment before the local store cancelled on us and removed the discount code (yes the wipers were on the inital order with the lower price already). We had used this company 5 or so years ago without issue, which is why we were back to them for another vehicle's issue. This experience has changed our opinion as we will not utlize this company, nor recommend them, moving forward.

Back in October, I needed to have my side passenger window replaced after it had a rock shot through it by a weed eater nearby and I contacted the Evansville location. On 10/24 the technician arrived at my location at 9:03 a.m. and worked on my car until 10:28 a.m. He told me at that time he couldn't get the glass he was with to fit. He talked to his boss at the Evansville location on speakerphone. His boss was scolding the technician for failing to properly calibrate wipers on a previous job. Ultimately, I was told new glass would need to be ordered and I should bring my car in to be worked on a the shop - roughly an hour from my home. I took off work and drove to the Evansville location on 11/7. A short time later I was called and told the new glass also wouldn't fit. I continued to show patience at that point. But, being in Evansville, I headed to my dealership's service department that day - they ordered the glass and scheduled the installation. On 11/19 my glass was replaced by the dealership, requiring another trip an hour from home. Not 10 minutes after my car was taken back by the dealership - the technician there brought me back to show me that they had discovered that the speaker in that door had been broken. So, I had to order a new speaker, and on 11/22 (another hour trip from home) the speaker was replaced. I was out $47.52. My belief is that an apparently inexperienced technician who worked on my car for nearly 90 minutes trying to put new glass in that wouldn't fit - broke the speaker trying to do so. The speaker had worked prior. I haven't done anything to break the speaker - so it was either broken by the Safelite tech in the times they spent - or by the dealership technician who worked on the car for 10 minutes before telling me that it was broken. I called Safelite, they dismissed the claim - but said a manager would call when they returned. It's now January 30th and I've not gotten a call. I emailed the manager on December 5th - and have yet to hear a reply. I feel asking for $47.52 for the speaker that I believe they broke is more than fair. I feel the courtesy of a call or email reply is within reason. I'm not asking for compensation for my multiple days off work and trips to Evansville - but a company that won't do the right thing, or won’t even acknowledge me isn't getting more of my business.

Noah was awesome, he knew rain was coming but he was determined to get our windshield completed and worked extra hard to make it happen. We were very pleased with his work and the time he took to make sure it was right and done before the rain came. He was so nice and explained everything he was doing and checked the windshield over with detail to make sure it was not chipped before he installed it (the first windshield that was brought over at the first appointment had a chip which caused the reschedule. I will highly recommend Safelight to others because of the professional staff.

This was one of the easiest tasks that I have been involved in. It is amazing to me how quick this went, I was in contact with him from the very beginning to the very end. Once again Safelite Auto Glass has made me feel very comfortable in any and all contact I have had with them. My windshield was more than 6 in cracked so they had to replace the whole windshield, I could not imagine in my mind how that would go. It was just way too easy. All I can say is five stars to Safelite thank you so much. I was also giving a year warranty on the windshield for future references.

This place was great. No one wants to go deal with windshield repair, but these guys were super cool and friendly. Very professional and clean. I was very surprised at how top-notch it was. Update to this: We recently had to do a windshield repair with them Mobile, where they came to our home and the service was still just as great as in shop. Professional, friendly, high-quality service

My 2nd work here in as many years. Staff helpful and patient in answering my questions. My techitian meet me when I came to pick up and explained some after care instructions. I was gratfyl that in my case they were able to complete the work several hours ahead of expectaions. Oh, and the work was about $100 lower than the price of a local competitorServicesAuto windshield repair

Rear door glass replaced on 4dr Tacoma. Glass was perfect replacement. Technician did leave a couple spots of adhesive on the door and tiny bits of glass under the truck. Also, the door has a deflector that clips in and the Technician disposed of the clips to put it back on, so I had to order new clips. Was going to have my BMW windshield repaired but now second guessing.

Technician arrived as scheduled, rain was imminent and expected within an hour, talked to over with Joshlin the tech and told him it was his call if he needed it reschedule. He said that he would move as quickly as possible on the windshield replacement and would pull off if rain started, well he completed before the rain started and did a great job! Thanks

Super professional and really fast! They had me in and out in less than an hour for a windshield replacement and new wiper blades. Manager and tech were very nice and it was a pleasant experience overall. The only issue I had was because of where the building is located within the plaza, it was hard to find and I was unsure of where to park.
