I could not be more pleased with Shield Auto Glass! My sunroof was shattered by a foul ball at the baseball field. I called several places for estimates on replacement and it was made clear I would have to get my glass from the dealer. Needless to say, the estimates were sky high. However, Cesar took the time to look around and was able to find a replacement for me from the same make and model for a fraction of the cost. Not only did he take the time to hunt down a difficult to find part for my newer model vehicle, but he also went out of his way to drive a few states away to pick it up in order to save shipping costs and time. Wow! Where does one find customer service like that these days?! Cesar kept me informed throughout the process. He thoroughly explained what the replacement would entail and what the possible risks were. When I brought my vehicle in, he was kind, courteous, and efficient. The installation was completed in little more than an hour. Upon pick-up, he spent time explaining the work he did to me and my husband, and made sure we were satisfied with everything. They are AMAZING!! Seriously, call them! I had gotten a few other quotes and Shield Auto was over a $100 cheaper than its competitors. Plus, they were the only place that was able to get me in the same day! They replaced my entire windshield and cleaned up all the bits of glass in an hour. Guys, I called on a Monday morning and they got me in that day. Amazing! The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was so polite and professional. They did a fantastic job replacing the rear window in my RAM 1500. The glass looks great and the sliding back window functions better than new. The guys at Shield were $200 cheaper than the other 3 automotive glass repair shops I got quotes from. Staff was very friendly, they were able to source Mopar OEM glass for me and scheduled me in the next day. The office and waiting area were very clean and organized. Overall I'm very pleased with the service I received and I will definitely be coming back next time I need a window replacement. Will use again. Great local business. Ordered Jeep Gorilla Glass on Thursday installed on Friday. The even put my Jeeps name decal back on the windshield. Hope these guys get more business but stay quality. They came to my work and did a great job. Above and beyond for sure. Hard to find that now. Will use again for graphics, Wraps and tints. So much better than Safelite. Took my call afterhours on Wednesday which I was surprised. I just planned on leaving a VM. Had to replace my front camper windshield. My husband and I bought our camper windshield from the the factory that made our camper. When we brought the windshield to the dealership they told us they would not install it because they didn't order the part themselves. I was greatly disappointed with that dealership. I found Shield Auto Glass online and was greatly appreciated for the great service they did. Customer service was awesome too. This place is absolutely amazing!! i would HIGHLY recommend! i called on a monday to get my cracked windshield replaced and they got me in first thing the following morning! Have a 97 caddy that needed a regular installed. Alot of other reputable shops wouldn't touch it cause they didn't wanna mess anything up, old Plastic clips and what not. Those shops were charging about 150-200. Shield auto glass did it for 100 usually would've charge 75 but they had to do some extra work. They did a great job and had it done within a day. Window works great and now I can finally roll my passenger window down.

I had Caesar and his partner install a window regulator for me on my Dad's 2004 caddilac deville.He explained to me before installing it that with the car being old that the clips on the door panel could break seeing how they are plastic. I really appreciated him being honest with me and telling me that up front.He assured me that they would be extra careful with it as they are with all cars.I highly recomend them!
