I had the most amazing experience at Auto Glass Depot! My insurance company referred me to have the windshield of my 2023 Hyundai Palisade replaced. There is a lot of technology in windshields these days and to get the technology to work correctly took multiple attempts. This is a known Hyundai issue. Auto glass depot worked tirelessly and refused to quit trying until it was exactly right. They worked around my schedule and were so gracious in all their interactions. They have a customer for life in me!

Highly recommend!! A couple of friends told me to go to Auto Glass with my cracked windshield and they were so right - my appointment was pushed back a couple of days because the replacement windshield they received wasn't up to their standards, which just proved to me how much they care about quality. I was in and out in 40 minutes, super easy to work with insurance coverage, they offer free warranty on the windshield for the life of my car, friendly and highly competent staff... They'll be my go-to for any auto glass repairs in the future :)

I got a chip in my ram 2500's windshield. I called my insurance representative to see who they would use for this type of repair. They immediately replied with Auto Glass Depot for sure. (My insurance guy is a personal friend that I've come to trust!) Auto Glass Depot scheduler was so polite and helpful. They even called a day early to tell me that they had an opening and could come out to fix my windshield if I was available. Luckily, I was available and the technician, Dillon, showed up with a smile and great energy. Couldn't have had a better experience with getting this service. Dillon repaired the chip quickly and so well that you can't even tell that there was ever a chip there! Awesome job to all at Auto Glass Depot of Columbus Indiana. Will definitely be using their services in the future!

I got a big ding in my windshield, they was able to tell in a couple minutes that I needed a whole new windshield. they was able to turn it into my insurance for me. they ordered the windshield within a couple days they had it in. they even came to my work after 3pm and installed my windshield for me. they texted me telling me they was on their way and included an estimate time of arriving and they told me when they was done. they was very nice and extremely easy to deal with. I'm very happy with the service and customer service they provided and would recommend them to anyone.

I got a quote that was much cheaper than area competitors for replacing the glass in our vehicle. The glass was installed in just a few hours and we were given a quick instruction on what to not do with the vehicle as we awaiting all sealants to take place. The owners and employees are very friendly, listen to your concerns and empathetic to working folks paying for their repairs. Auto Glass Depot are amazing! Really and truly excellent Customer service. I called to schedule my vehicle (Honda Pilot, 2020 MY) in for a windshield repair, the order intake was great. Really professional and cordial. Got my vehicle into their shop within the week for a the repair. The service manager was really great, he diagnosed other cracks that were not very visible and that I had not noticed. The repair was done in less than 30 mins! Really great job and very affordable. Auto Glass Depot did an AMAZING job with my windshield today! I was able to get an appointment within a week and a half. The receptionist took care of my insurance so I didn't have to worry about it. I arrived for my 830 AM appointment at 817 and they had me out the door by 9 AM. Also, I left my gloves in the lobby, and they immediately called me to let me know. This business has very kind and knowledgeable business men and women, and I would recommend them to anyone!!

A professional team to say the least, I called this company on Sunday and he literally took his time on the phone to prepare everything I needed for a Tuesday morning installation. Nothing but true professionals courteous fast and the job was done beautifully. I am a over the road truck driver and my time is very valuable and he took this just a serious as I do fit the job right into my schedule. Thanks again for the help.

I have a 2021 Chevy Silverado, had a tiny crack on the driver side. Auto Glass repaired my windshield within twenty minutes. Excellent work & great customer service. This was my first time having a windshield put in from auto glass depot. They have been nothing but Fantastic. Very polite and upfront. I couldn’t ask for a better experience.
