I was in Clarksville, IN, for work this week, a good couple hundred miles from my home staying at a hotel. When I got to clarksville, I realized my driver side window of my 2014 Dodge Charger would not go up. It was late so I called it a night and decided to find a place in the morning. The first place that popped up on my Google search was American Auto Glass, and I'm beyond happy that it did. They had a completely booked schedule and already had a line up of customers but they still made time to pull my car in, take the door apart, figure out that my window had gotten stuck on a fluke and they got it back up again. They were quick, efficient, and friendly as can be. I was honestly worried my car was going to get robbed with the window not working, but they fixed it in less than 30 minutes. Not just that but they also went ahead and checked my window motor and regulator to make sure they were working properly and they put it all back together without you being able to tell they had just taken it all apart. It also was extremely affordable, I honestly thought it was going to cost over a hundred, but it wasn't even close to that. I've spent years reviewing businesses on Google, but after my experience with American Auto Glass, it's employees, and the quality work that you will receive if you go here, it was definitely worth all 5 stars! I was able to drop off my car in the morning and pick it up a few hours later. Also the cost of the windshield replacement was competitive and reasonable compared to other options in the market. From the initial appointment scheduling to the final updates on the completion of the installation, the staff kept me well-informed at every step. I have never been so grateful and thankful. David is the best person to have work on your car. His years of experience are what allowed me to uncover that the previous company that completed my glass replacement screwed me over big time, and I was able to get things resolved by David's catch. He took the time to tell me what the issue was and I can't thank him enough. Also, it's a plus that they have the cutest pup in the world. I wouldn't want any other company to work on my vehicle. They also worked around my work schedule and allowed me to keep the car overnight and get it towed there with no issue. They are an amazing team from the initial call to when I got my vehicle back. In a time of being stressed about the vandalism done to my car twice in a 3 week span, it was most refreshing to talk to these people. Got my windshield replaced here Friday. Thursday evening we had a no fault of our own mishap and our insurance would not cover it. We called all over and because it was New Year's weekend everyone could not come out until Monday or Wednesday. New Year was Tuesday. My husband would have missed two days of work. We called American Mobile Glass. Susan gave us a great price and had someone out there that Friday afternoon. Their customer service, pricing, helpfulness and work is on point. Excellent place. Notnonoy did he fix our windshield he vacuumed out all the shards of glass that were inside the car from the smashing of the windshield. I fully recommend this place. *If it rains and you don't have a carport or garage you will have to go to thier shop or wait though. Nobody can fix a windshield in a storm. Plus your car would be all wet inside.

From the initial call to the time the car was picked up, this place was extremely professional. My wife got a crack in her windshield. I called 4 different places to get a quote. I choose to use American mobile glass for a few reasons but number one was the respect i received over the phone. When we arrived to drop the car off I was supposed to put the keys in the drop box but to my surprise, staff was already in the office and the shop. When I walked in it felt like a real American business, family owned, and welcoming. I will be using American mobile glass for all my glass needs going forward. Finding a company like this that treats a complete stranger with the level of respect that they did! Impossible. If I could rate all the businesses I’ve visited in the last 5 years on customer service, this one would be first place.

Very unacceptable and unproffesional. Ordered a glass repair on my 18 wheeler thursday morning to be installed monday morning. Called and asked to find out a eta on tech could not give, lady that answered the phone was very rude. Told me we dont give appointments and it takes hours to install. I told her safelite did mine 2 yrs ago and we took visor down and and reinstalled everything in 45 minutes. She said well i can help you even though i ordered in thirsday morning. And said sorry cant help you and hung up the phone. This is not the first time i have heard fellow owner operators have multiple problems with thier service and professionalism. I wouldn't give them a star at all considering rude, unprofessional as well care of thier knowledge of tech performance and where abouts.

While passing through Louisville on I-65, a piece of trash flew out of a roll-off dumpster truck, obliterated our windshield and damaged our vehicle and the trailer we were towing. We had a lot of driving to do yet that evening. David and Danielle were extremely professional and courteous as well as understanding. They had a new windshield installed and we were back on the road within a couple of hours. They both (as well as their installer) went above and beyond to be certain that we were very well taken care of. I would not hesitate to refer anyone, friends and family included, to this business. I had a windshield replaced here on a 2023 Freightliner Cascadia. My company set up the appointment, I arrived about half an hour early. They were able to get to me by my scheduled time. The overall job took roughly half an hour for them to replace the entire windshield. The main person there (unfortunately I cannot remember his name) was very helpful in explaining how these work (since a semi truck is way different than a car), and gave me some tape to reglue my cameras and such. Vortex Technology Solutions had a great experience with American Mobile Glass to replace a windshield on one of our work vans. Scheduling was easy and they called ahead of time to let us know they were on the way. The two workers who came were professional and efficient. I had priced other companies and American Mobile Glass had the best price and matched exactly what was quoted when the appointment was scheduled. I procrastinated getting some glass sheves cut for a couple of curio cabinets I bought on FB yard sale site. all of the sudden w family coming to visit for Derby I was anxious to get the cabinets done and put all my Disney on display before they came (we just bought a house)... I must of called anywhere from 3 to 7 shops with no luck... But Shane sure did step up and help me out. And, he got them done in less than 24 hours... cant say how much I appreciate them helping me out. You guys rock. Great communication too!
