Caliber Auto Glass

I had my 2022 GMC Canyon AT4 windshield replaced today by John with Caliber Auto Glass. Totally great experience with this company from start to finish!! After calling the 800 number I was put to ease, the lady was very helpful & professional getting me on the schedule that fit my time frame, then sent me all the information. John the installer called me 10 minutes early on our day and did a perfect replacement in under an hour. He answered all my questions making me feel comfortable about the process. Super speedy! Gave me a 30 minute heads up that they were heading my way, they said it’s take 45-60 minutes but I think it probably only took about 30! They came to me, did the work, and it looks great! I just got it done so I’ll update if I have any issues but I imagine I won’t. Even if I do, it has a lifetime warranty so I can just call them if it leaks or anything like that. Super painless and the guys who worked on it were very nice!

Customer service was very helpful when I called to book the appointment. They did the leg work for me with my insurance company. They worked around my schedule for a time that worked for me. Bob was the installer who replaced my windshield and he was great. He called to let me know the time window he would be arriving and texted me when he was on the way as I requested. Great experience!

Great Company and great technician!! Miguel arrived on time, explained the job well and replaced my windshield quickly and efficiently! He was glad to answer any questions and made sure we understood it’s a lifetime warranty! Got my appointment fast and came to my house, no waiting for my vehicle! Could not be happier with this company!!

It was a painless and easy process!! The person who scheduled me was so helpful in finding a location to get my windshield replaced! However the shop we collaborated with to get it done was not aware I would be coming, so I do recommend them contacting the party we be using the premises for the work. Otherwise, 10/10! 💕 …

Schedulers called and installer came on time. He was professional and did a wonderful job. Unfortunately the push button trunk opener was put back correctly. I called and they came right back out to fix it and test it. I would recommend this company to anyone needing window repair!!!

Fabulous! This is the second time in the past few weeks we've unfortunately had to have windshields replaced on both our kids vehicles and for both the service was fantastic! Bob was friendly, smiley and efficient! I really appreciate the in our driveway repair - thank you!

Installer was very knowledgeable and friendly. Worked at a steady pace all while keeping up a conversation. Have to wait to give a final review because I was letting the windshield glue cure to see if all the sensor are still working as they should.

Need work done through insurance. Caliber was great to work with. My rep was communicative and made the whole process very easy. The work was excellent and done in a timely manner. Would highly recommend using them for any auto glass needs.

Today I had Mr. Tony come to my home and fix my drivers window that shattered. He explained everything to me carefully and was so efficient. You cannot beat this service and price. I will using them again in the future!!
