Experience was good, got in fast and work was done in almost less than an hour to replace my windshield on my 2010 Toyota Corolla that had a crack on the passenger side that was expanding. This review is posted today, April 9th 2021. I will update my review when I see how things go once the windshield has completely set. Only thing I wasn't too fond about was how they seemed to be in a hurry and I had more questions after work was done. The VIN number on the driver side windshield is not visible anymore due to the new windshield with moisture inside. The windshield seems to be closer to the edge on the driver side and more space on the passenger side. Also waiting on the seal up top to even itself out like they said it would once it sits in the sun. UPDATE April 16th 2021: I came back today to see if they could fix the issues I stated beforehand. They could not and stated it was only a cosmetic issue. The VIN is not visible and that is an issue. I believe it's the windshield itself that is the problem, after all, I did ask for an aftermarket windshield and the brand might have not been the best. All in all, we are not welcome back here because of the argument the owner and my father had regarding the windshield. What's done is done. Well my hood flew up on my car and busted up my windshield pretty bad. I called around and got a ton of qoutes and was getting a bit discouraged because all the other companies wanted a arm and a leg. So i found International Auto Glass and i was so suprised they not only had the BEST price out of all the places i called, they also were able to get me in on a satuday morning. The service was EXCELLENT amd the work was even better they took their time and made sure it was done right. They also got it done in a very reasonable amount of time and i HIGHLY recommend them. They also do window tint which i think is really cool. But if you need anything that has to do with automotive glass then look no further than International Auto Glass they get the job done on every level. COULDN'T BE HAPPIER

I used International because of the spectacular reviews; perhaps the business is under new management, because my experience was very different. They were so late to the first appointment that it had to be rescheduled for the next day. They were an hour and a half late for that appointment, but at least called at some point to tell me they were late. The windshield chip repair was done quickly, and ended poorly: the repair of the chip had caused a significantly longer crack in the windshield, with the potential to turn into a crack all the way across. I was not charged for the service, but no effort was made to rectify this new disaster. What should have been a $50 repair is now a $300 repair. I deeply regret using International Auto Glass and cannot recommend its services.

I had water leaking into my car from the rear window. I called two places to get an idea of the price to repair. The first one said they'd have to replace the whole window, at a cost of $465, in order to warranty the work. The second one said it was most likely a seal and would take a half a day to repair, $345. The third one, International Auto Glass, said bring it in and we'll check it out. Turns out the tail light located at the top of the rear window was loose. They tightened it down and took care of the problem in about 10 minutes. Kind of surprising that the two previous businesses never mentioned that possibility. On top of that, Johnny initially refused to take any money. I had to force some on him and his crew for lunch. Honest broker here, folks.

High quality work and was actually recommended by the Collision center at my Toyota dealership. You can't get a better recommendation then that. I chose to go to their location rather than have them come to the house but they can do it either way. Over the phone they explained the process. It was very simple. I simply paid them my insurance deductible and they handled all the paperwork.They worked carefully but were clearly experts & had the right tools to be done in 1/2 hour. Perfect fit and I couldn't see any difference versus my original glass. Price was reasonable too. I will recommend to my friends. Do yourself a favor and go where the car dealers go. Highly recommended for a number of things. I have had two windshields replaced, two windshield chips sealed, and window tint removed (due to escalating Chicago tint ticket fines) by International on three different cars. They are great to work with and will come to you at your convenience or you can drop your car at their indoor shop. They replaced my last windshield inside their Woodridge shop due to the cold winter weather. John had the windshield at his shop the day after I called to schedule the work. He also coordinated a ride to my office after I dropped my car, and a picked me up from my office after the car was ready. Thanks John!

I have been meaning to write a review for this business... my husband drives an older car he had to replace the windshield and since they had some descent reviews they were the winners of our business. I do not recommend them at all! They don't value your business and when they mess up they put their hands in the air My husband's windshield it wasn't put in place correctly you can't even see the vin through the windshield which .... that alone should give them a hint they messed it up When he went back they paid 0 attention to him and ... they didn't fix the problem Please save yourselves the hassle do not use these people

Just got windshield replaced on Lexus Rx350, I've had some reservation about going 3rd party since the windshield has rain sensors, camera attached etc. However I can't literally tell that it was replaced, everything was perfectly put back in place. Whoever was working on my car was extremely detail oriented. Even my silly remainder stickers, for oil and tire change, were transferred to the exact same location. Granted I don't care much about the stickers, it tells me everything I need to know about this shop. They did a great job! We had rust underneath our windshield as it is an older Ford Escape. Aarons Auto Glass did not tell us about the issue until after they took the windshield off. they then could not give us a price for fixing it nor could they adequately explain the scope of what needed to be done. They wanted to tow it to a bodyshop and charge us for that and we would be ultimately charged by both companies plus tow charges. International took care of it all themselves, and were able to completely explain the process. It took less time than I thought it would, and they did a nice clean job.

Had a broken window on my van and needed replacement. I called around to a few companies but couldnt get anyone to come out in a timely manner, which was important to me since this is my family vehicle and it was cold outside. When I called International Auto Glass they were very attentive and helpful. They took some info over the phone and were at my location with the replacement glass in no time. I was impressed with the professional service and they even did a great job cleaning up all the broken glass. If I ever need glass again they will be by first call.
