**UPDATE: This is the second time I've used Country Auto Glass and Grant delivered! Due to supply issues, it took some time for my windshield to come in, but Grant kept me updated through the whole process. He's responsive, professional, and an all-around easy guy to work with. Wow, what a great experience! Forget those chain shops and use this fantastic local glass company for all your needs. Grant exceeded expectations from my first call until the job was done. He was very responsive as well. I had a kind of difficult job for him, replacing windshields on 2 of my vehicles that are over 20 years old. Grant and his crew came out today to replace my cracked windshiel. I wanted to support a small business and found Country Auto Glass. Grant and his team were very professional, friendly and efficient. It took a total of about 30 minutes for them to remove the old glass and install the new windshield and replace all of the other things that were associated with my windshield. If you have a need to replace your windshield, I would highly recommend them, especially if you want to support a small business owner. They were really wonderful to work with and very responsive. Did i mention they came to my house?

Highly recommend Grant Chapel, and Country Auto Glass!! I broke my rear window out at 415pm on Friday night. I called at least 10 places for quotes and how fast it could be fixed. Grant was the only person who could get my van in before the Monday, and by before the weekend, I mean he fixed it that night. I was back to driving within 3 hours. The cost was the same everywhere I called as well. He was so nice, and helpful. Thank you so much, and I'm so very grateful.

I needed my car windshield replaced. There were a few issues trying to locate the appropriate windshield. Grant was in constant communication and worked diligently to find the right windshield. Grant and his team did a very timely and thorough job replacing our driver's side window. We had to pay out-of-pocket and the price was very fair! Grant is also a great communicator and very flexible with timing - he let me know that he and his team were delayed from another job so they let my son at his work and replaced the glass there. We will definitely use Country Auto Glass again, if needed!

My initial call was to Safelite through my insurance but they quoted $1200. We saw Country Auto Glass van while driving and decided to give them a call. Grant (owner), was very responsive. Quoted me almost $400 less than Safelite. They came out to my home and were done in about an hour and a half. Definitely, would recommend Country Auto Glass and would use them again if needed.

I thought I had a chip in my windshield. Country came out and figured out it wasn’t a chip. I was not charged even though I offered to pay for his time. That is great customer service, something very rare these days. I'm really happy with the service! I scheduled to have my windshield replaced, and the showed up 10 mins early and completed the work right in my driveway. The whole process only took about 45 minutes. It was quick, convenient and hassle free. I also love supporting local businesses, and this one definitely delivered excellent service. Just had Country Auto glass replace my windshield on my Buick. They showed up at my house right on time and got the job done right away.
