Prime Auto Glass And Tint

I’ve never had such a horrible experience dealing with a company, I work for an automotive center and needed to replace a windshield for a customer, in an attempt to support local businesses and get the best price for my windshield I tried Prime Auto Glass, every time I called it was a big sigh, and a rushed phone call, after setting up an appointment for 4:00 I let them know to call me when the work was completed so I could get them paid (as this process could take 15-30mins, something I let them know before the fact) never received a call when this was done so I call them around 4:45, they let me know that the car had been done, and was waiting on a payment, they emphasized that they would be closing soon and would be keeping the car if I could not make payment by 5:00, so I got going immediately on the payment and it was going to be coming around 5:00 exactly. I called again to explain the situation and let them know the payment would be coming VERY soon, and they made it very clear they did not want to be there past 5:00, after asking for the courtesy of two minutes so they could receive payment the lady on the phone laughed it off, said they were closed, and hung up on me, and even after giving me all that attitude, after we got off the phone my company called and was able to make that payment in a timely manner. Her demeanor was entirely unnecessary, the most poor service I’ve ever received, I Don not trust them to protect customer interest and I will not be using their services again.

Staff was very polite and professional. I came in on a Friday afternoon 4/25/25 and due to appointments I was given a quote and asked to come back on Monday. I returned Monday morning and was given the same price that had been quoted a couple of days earlier. Which was refreshing because some places period tell you one thing today and something different tomorrow. That would have been a deal breaker unless...it was cheaper then i could've lived with that.The service was fast and the waiting and work area was neat and clean. Staff was very informative about the product (Tint) being purchased and fixing my back window bracket on my F-150. So far very pleased with work and I plan on bringing my wife's truck in for tinting.

I went in due to a cracked windshield andI was told that it would take two hours to be completed. I was prepared to stay the two hours, but to my surprise less than 45 minutes later, they came and told me that the work was completed! The employees were very kind and professional, and I felt that I was the biggest priority they had doing my stay there. Due to this being one of the hottest days this year, they instantly turned on the AC while I sat in the waiting room and gave me the option of watching television. Very courteous, very professional service and I am very impressed. Thank you so much.

I recently purchased a new vehicle and was interested in having my two front windows match the factory tint of the back windows. I found Prime online. They had good reviews, they were local and not from my home, and offered a deal for the two windows. The young lady that booked my appointment was efficient and friendly. When I arrived I was told it would take 45 minutes, buy it was all hands on deck and I was out in 15-20 minutes instead. They offer a lifetime warranty on their work too. This is definitely going to be my new spot for window tinting. The guys inside were very friendly and helpful. The shop is absolutely immaculate. The work is great quality. The prices are the best in town. They also have a secure parking lot so you can drop the vehicle off. No more waiting in the lobby of a tint store. Be sure to tell them that I recommended them, it will be immensely helpful for all three of us. What are you waiting for? Go get your vehicle tinted ASAP! You're not going to be disappointed.

I came in today for a windshield replacement on my Nissan Altima. They pulled my car in as soon as I arrived which was about 5 minutes earlier than my appointment time. I was gonna leave and pick it up but I waited which was great because they got the work done in about an hour. The Lady who answered the phone and the man at the desk were both super polite and nice. The price was greatttt! Just a heads up if you decide to wait, it was a little cold in the waiting room but still comfy. Just bring a sweater.

Great service. Peaceful waiting room. I had a small issue with my tint and they didn’t argue or refuse they just went right to resolving the issue. I found them when googling car window tint near me. I’m glad I went with this shop. Highly recommend. I got all 4 door windows and rear window tinted. I love it, leveled up my driving experience and makes my car even cuter.

Unfortunately, prime auto glass has very bad customer service. The person I spoke too on the phone had an attitude from the very beginning. I was ready to head up there to get my windshield replaced but after speaking briefly to the employee my whole mood changed. I ended up going somewhere else, it ended up being CHEAPER and the customer service was better.

I had an 8 o'clock appointment, and they were ready to get to work when I got there. The tint came out perfect. Changed the whole look of the car for sure. I would highly recommend this place for all your tinting needs. I wanted to update this post by saying that they were done tinting both front windows by 8:32am. Just over a half hour. That's service.

I got all of the windows tinted on my 2025 today. I was in and out within the hour. Waiting area and the entire facility is extremely clean. Prices were super reasonable. To top it off, their customer service and the work they do is immaculate! Im more in love with my car now than when I brought it. lol. It comes with a lifetime warranty. 🩷Thanks guys!
