I found this company based on the reviews. After talking with owner we agreed that he will help me to replace the windshield in my Acura MDX. He ordered an OEM windshield for me but it took almost a month to get it even if local dealership said it is a 2 days delivery window. Meanwhile, I have offered Jason a copy of the estimate from dealership with all necessary parts to complete this installation. And that’s we start having an issue as he started to blame me for telling him how to do his job. Finally windshield was installed but there were some trim and clips you said he will order to finish installation properly. I have to wait another 3 weeks and finally tried to reach him. He said he got the parts but has no time to install it and will get back to me to schedule. He never did. I sent him a message saying that he should stop ignoring people and it doesn’t take long time to reply. He got mad at me I reply that I have no idea how business works. So, his communication skills with customers are non existent and mostly disrespectful. I had a funny reason why I finally decided to get my windshield replaced🤣. Moving on, I was just browsing on google map which auto glass shops in the area that can replace my broken windshield in my parking lot on the very same day (which is very important to me). I found couple places like Gerber, Safelite etc. some of them can’t do it on the same day, some is too expensive and I guess I don’t like the reviews they have. When I found Advance Auto Glass, the 5 ⭐️ reviews caught my eye and I typically go for the higher/best reviews (obviously). I made a call maybe about 5-10mins after they opened😅 (I urgently need it today). They booked me on the same they, which is awesome. They don’t charged extra if you are within 10 mile radius from them. They went to my place and replaced my windshield in less than 30 mins. I forgot to asked their name but they were 2 guys who were extremely nice and professional. Great job👍. Highly recommend this place. I rarely do reviews BTW.

Advanced Auto Glass is a great place for your glass needs. This place is run by two brothers and they also have a body shop. Jason is great! If you have a cracked windshield or glass or need any kind of glass repairs they will do it for you at a great price and with good quality! Their pricing is very upfront and there are n o hidden costs here. Customer service is great here as well! They take great care of your car while doing the job and make sure none of your other parts are damaged while the job is being done. They use quality products and also work with your insurance to get OEM glass for your car. The communication from their end is great and they are very committed. Their service is top notch and I have already worked with them 3 times for glass replacements on my two cars and will continue work with them in future as well if I have glass requirements.

The reviews are lies lol.They quoted me a $356 price for a 2011 hyndai sonata with a 6 inch crack.i saw people were saying this place is the cheapest,when in fact its the highest ive been quoted compared to other big places. THEN not to mention i received a text basically passively trying to intimidate me for MY OPINION. also as you can see ive been threatened to have my number leaked because of my opinion. That says everything you need to know about this place.On top of that he went back and edited his “business owner response” from threatening to leak my number to saying “i was rude on the phone” which is literally a random lie he came up lol this place is a joke. i had zero attitude,zero negativity when i asked about a quote. he knew he was unprofessional so he edited his response.

A huge rock flew into my windshield and left a 6 inch crack as I was driving down 355-S on a Saturday. I went through my insurance and found Advanced Auto Glass listed and saw the spectacular reviews when I searched them on Google. I set up an appointment the following Monday morning at 9am and they got me in after work at 5pm. In less than an hour, I had a completely new windshield on my 2017 Crosstrek! They’re a great bunch of dudes who were attentive, had great communication through text to keep me in the loop, and did a phenomenal job. Pricing is pretty standard but my insurance was able to cover a good chunk for me. I HIGHLY recommend you see them for any windshield repairs and encourage you to support and review local businesses like these!

Called advanced a couple of weeks ago to get a quote on having my windshield replaced/fixed. I was having trouble with my windshield while driving over 60 mph. It would make sounds so loud it sounded like it was hailing. It even became difficult to have a conversation. Jason helped diagnose the problem and gave me my options. Their price was better than any others I got quotes from. All the work was done while my nephew and I waited. You could tell they enjoy their job and truly like making their customers happy. We've taken the truck on 2 road trips since totaling over 2000 miles and the ride is quiet as ever! Great job guys! Very, very happy with their work and customer service. This place was excellent! Came to get my Windshield fixed and they did a phenomenal job accommodating me the same day! This was my first time in my years of driving that I have ever had to get a Rock Chip Fixed and they were able to schedule me in and be flexible the same day even after having a crazy hectic last 6 months with a bunch of accidents that were not my fault! Very friendly, genuine and have a fantastic in house pricing unlike others! Other places charge 125, 80, this company...well let’s just say they got the job done and it was significantly less than all! Sent me an invoice on the spot and the waiting room smells good to while waiting! If you are looking for a place look no further! Great Service! Thanks so much again

100% perfect, pleasurable, trusted and quality throughout whole process. Windshield was cracked on freeway, this was one of the preferred places with State Farm. I live in the city (S Loop) and chose this option, even though farther away, because they have a solid rating. It was well worth the drive out from the city, the entire experience was perfect, as were the results. They really take it to the next level and are the best of best experts to trust with the job. I talked to Jason on Wednesday, he gave me a reasonable price to replace my driver side window and my mirror. He said window can be done on Friday but he would need to order mirror, not sure when it would be delivered. So I dropped car off at 9am Friday and Joseph called me about an hour or so later and said it was done then realized that my mirror came in that day as well via express. So he texted me 15 minutes later with a picture of car being completely done. I highly recommend them. I’m super impressed and glad my insurance company had these folks as a suggested shop. Did my research and the reviews did NOT fail me. They went the extra mile literally and figuratively. They offered to come do the replacement at another shop that was closer to my home so I wouldn’t have to make the drive up to Schaumburg. Even if I had to make the drive up there it would’ve been worth it. The professionalism and quality of work is top notch. Not to mention it was done fast.
