My sister needed her back window replaced. I was looking for a place near her home and discovered Oak Lawn Auto Glass Repair on line. After reading the reviews I called and was pleasantly surprised to speak with Caesar who rescued me by offering to go to my sisters house that day to replace her window! I was overwhelmed by his kindness and professionalism! He gave me a quote which was another surprise and quickly picked up the replacement window and headed to my sister’s home. I highly recommend this business to anyone who wants to do business with a company that knows how to treat their customers! Their prices are extremely reasonable and not meant to clean out your bank account! Very professional, kind and personable! Auto Glass repair has done nothing less than amazing work on my windshield. I had a rock come off a semi on the expressway a while back and hit my windshield, it didn't cause a crack initially but this summer is a hot one, so I get in my car one day and see a crack and it spread out from where that rock hit the windshield, the heat must have finally done it where it was weak. Anyhow, my dad had heard of Auto Glass Repair and gave me their info, I called them the next day and scheduled for home service, where they come out to where you are and swap the windshield without a hassle. From scheduling to pricing and the day of, it was smooth and stress free, the work was done very professionally and very quick, like an hour, and done! I highly recommend this business to anyone on the fence or looking to have their windshield replaced quick, cheap and stress free.

My front windshield had a crack in it. I called Oak Lawn Auto Glass Repair to see if they had the windshield in stock they didn't that night it was around 730ish but he told me he would have it in the morning and they would come to me to fix it and that's just what they did. The guys they sent was amazing on time ( a little early actually) they we're polite and got straight to work. Also, the fellas working didn't leave a message they cleaned up after themselves. The price they quoted was reasonable as well. They informed me how long until I can wash the car. This shop is reliable, fast and informative. And work is superb.

My drivers side window made a noise and the window fell down and wouldn’t go back up. I called 5 places before I called Ceasar and Ceasar was the only one that took the time to guide me into a solution instead of giving me a run around and “I don’t know we’d have to take a look first”. Caesar told me exactly the part I needed, and was at my house within an hour of getting the part. Took him less than an hour to fix it. Super knowledgeable, friendly, and even answered some other questions I had about other issues going on with my car. 10/10 highly recommend!!!!

Not only did they fix the windshield in 30 to 40 minutes, they came to my location. The price was phenomenal and they salvaged my window stickers! I was nervous to use them, because the reviews and price seemed too good to be true. But IT’S TRUE… THIS IS A GREAT COMPANY!!! If you’re on the fence don’t hesitate… Call them! Very unhappy with the work I was provided I spent 350$ on a windshield to be installed after waiting two days to drive my car I noticed air coming through the windshield I have pieces of trim that were broken off my car. That just flap around while driving. My rear view mirror trim is broken off and just hanging there. My car was left filthy from the work they did. My car will never be the same after having them service my car. I regret not spending the little extra money to have the job done right.

Improper install caused water to leak into my car. Excessive sealant used, which they got onto my car's paint and both of my a pillar's fabric. They also broke my plastic windshield cowl. Claimed they would come out on a agreed upon date, then they didn't come out to fix their mess. Had to charge back through my bank to get a refund. I highly recommend avoiding the headache and poor service quality that you'll receive when going with this company. They also hide their LLC to avoid BBB complaints.

You have my business permanently! This company is great. I called late on Tuesday evening and they came to me the next day. They came earlier than expected and was done within 30 minutes! He fixed my window temporarily to save me money & also helped me find cheap parts on amazon to order so that he can help me fix the bigger problem. There are so many companies that take advantage of you so I appreciate the honest help & genuine concern. Thank you so much!

My experience was top-tier from the beginning until the end! I called them around 11:00am and my car window was replaced by 12:30pm. They quoted me a fair price upfront with no extra surprises once the job was complete. They also sent me pictures of the process so I could see everything. I am so appteciative this company and I would HIGHLY recommend them! 5 stars were earned for sure!
