I have nothing but great things to say about The Auto Glass Shop. The ADAS system on my 2018 Honda CR-V went out, so I took the car to the dealership for a diagnostic. They told me the error code they found was due to a compatibility issue with the windshield since it is not an OEM part. As a result, the dealership was asking for an unreasonable amount of money for a new windshield and ADAS calibration. I was very confused because I have had this same windshield for two years without any issues. Luckily, I was able to find the Auto Glass Shop and they were kind enough to let me bring my car to them before they opened to inspect the issue (for free, no less). They assured me that the issue was not with the windshield, but the calibration and were able to fit me into the schedule and get the issue resolved within a couple hours. It was great to work with them and I will definitely be coming back!

We had a rear window shattered over Thanksgiving break while we were in town visiting from about 8 hours away. I must have called every place I could find to try to get the window repaired before we needed to keep going on our travels. I got a hold of the Auto Glass Shop and let me tell you, they went ABOVE AND BEYOND. The window was fairly rare so most people essentially told us they couldn't help for at least two weeks. Let me tell you, they hunted down this window for me, got it delivered the same day, made space that same day to replace it for me, AND charged me WAY LESS than I got quoted anywhere else. I would recommend the Auto Glass Shop to anyone and everyone, these folks are the best!

I first called the other large national auto glass company that advertises a great deal. The service from the person answering the phone was horrible. It was obviously a remote call service that was under trained. I got frustrated and hung up. Called Auto Glass Shop and spoke to a extremely nice person who knew the business. Actually had the opportunity to talk to two different people because I called back with a different question, spoke to a different person and both were equally impressive. Made the appointment. Work was completed 100% as represented (needed a new windscreen). I will not go elsewhere again. Highly recommend this company.

They did a great job replacing a windshield on my 2016 Highlander. Communication was easy. I was able to drop the car the night before and then pick it up the next day. Their price was competitive and they installed the higher quality aftermarket windshield brand, compared to the Safelite. No optical defects in the glass at all, compared to the 2 windshields by Safelite on my previous cars. I was pleasantly surprised to see a XYG brand glass installed. (XYG is a quality Chinese brand rated even higher than Toyota OEM glass by many Toyota owners on the eastern European forums.)

Amazing work done by experienced professionals! I had previously called two other glass shops in the Lake County area to reinstall a front windshield for a 1990 BMW 325IS, the first two shops that I called were not able to do the job and came up with excuses without admitting they weren't able to do it. After calling this auto glass shop they were able to come in and do the work the two other specialty glass shops weren't able to do. Highly recommend them for your next windshield replacement!

We got Bonnie’s number from Subaru dealership and she has been amazing from the start. After the heavy snow days and pretty much our Subaru was not safe to drive anymore. Bonnie instructed me on what steps I need to take for insurance claim and our windshield replacement was done within two days. My husband also showed up bit late but she was patient and understanding of situation. I can’t recommend her enough. If you need to replace a windshield, call this place up and ask for Bonnie!

No joke! I had an appointment with safelite for almost a month. They cancelled and rescheduled their appointment 3 times. I contacted the auto glass shop and they had the car fixed in 1 business day!!! I will refer EVERYONE to their shop. The customer service was top notch and the technician sent out had the job done in less than 1 hour by himself. I don’t leave reviews. Ever! In this case, I would recommend this place for anyone with auto glass issues. Half the price of safelite!

It was quite a pleasant experience. Staff was professional and courteous on the phone and on site. My sun roof was the culprit and not the windshield — when it rained or when the car was washed, the rearview mirror leaked. They attempted to correct the problem, but could not. I was referred to an auto mechanic shop. The whole process took about 10 minutes. They didn't even charge me. Would I recommend The Auto Glass Shop in Libertyville to a friend? YOU BET I WOULD!

Outstanding shop. I’ve been driving my Jeep with a windshield with MULTIPLE cracks. It’s a Jeep, you don’t change it after just 1 crack. My dealership recommended this shop and I see why. Not only were they MUCH less than Safelite, but they also came to my house and did the work. Very nice guy that came out to do the work, was done in under 30 minutes too. Very friendly staff. Highly recommend this shop!!

Huge shout out to Leland! He came out and had my windshield swapped in no time. Took the time to be thorough and left my vehicle exactly how he started. Could not imagine a better help during all of this. He was very knowledgeable as well and answered any questions I had.
