Mr. Ross was wonderful to work with. We explained that we were in kind of a time crunch to get the windshield replaced in our Class C motorhome, and he didn’t bat an eye. He said he could definitely get it done for us. We took it in and he was a man of his word. He jumped through the hoops required by our insurance company without complaint. When he called to say we could come and pick it up, we were unable to do so at that time. So he arranged a time with my husband for Saturday morning when we were able to pick up our motorhome. Art is such a nice guy and does great work! He saw the previous windshield replacement (before i owned the vehicle) the tech had broken a couple of clips and glued the windshield in. Art said he couldn't do a specialty job for us - replacing the windshield in a 1947 jeep. We even special ordered, and had the windshield made for it by Willeys jeep.

Art was great on my unusual glass replacement. It required special approval and order and he kept me informed all through the process. Did excellent job.
