The people here are truly amazing. Our family traveled to Chicago for a vacation last week and, unfortunately, we were rear-ended while waiting at a red light. The liftgate glass was completely shattered. We came to Auto Glass Now looking for help, and they immediately stepped in. They determined that bodywork was needed because the panels were deformed, but they still managed to install a temporary window solution so we could continue our trip safely while waiting for our insurance company to respond. They even vacuumed all the glass shards from the back seats. To our surprise, they refused to charge us after learning it was our first time visiting Chicago and that we had driven all the way from Maryland. Thanks to their kindness, we were able to drive and stay for three days and enjoy our vacation as planned. I’m so very happy I brought my car here! The manager, J. Moreno, was professional, friendly, and explained the process to fix, really well. He said that sometimes, when a car goes from hot weather to cold or cold weather to hot, a tiny chip can become a big crack. The technician, J. Figueroa, did an excellent job sealing the tiny area in the middle of my windshield. I was relieved to pay $129 instead of $2,000 for bigger damage, that could’ve happened with my car’s air conditioning this summer! I will definitely tell my friends & family about AutoGlassNow! BRAVO to these guys for work well done!

If you are looking for quality work and the fairest prices, look no further than AGN Glass. I booked an at home appointment for my broken back window and they arrived early just as I had requested. The damage to my glass was severe, but luckily they sent one of their best, Luis. He agreed with me about the damage, but assured me it would look good as new. As far as car window glass goes, I wouldn’t recommend anyone else.

Good experience. Good work, quickly finished. My objection to this process is that I has to change the location for getting my windshield replaced. The new location was much farther from my home and had I known this was where the repair was going to occur when I made the initial appointment, I would have chosen a different company to do the work.

They never called me back regarding my windshield order, when I went to the location on Friday at 5 PM they were closed, on Fri it should be open till 6PM. Then I went on Sat to other location on Sat they should be open til 2pm, they were closed at 12pm.

Jesus did a great job of assisting me with getting my windshield replaced quickly and at the best price possible. Having to get a windshield replaced is not the first thing people want to do, but by God’s grace AGN made the process easy and seamless.

Louis was very kind, prompt, and meticulous. I had a schedule mix-up and he was very understanding. He was very patient with my crazy, offbeat schedule. No leaks! OEM glass was not on the truck initially but then he came back a day later with one.
