In a couple of words, my experience with Raymond was frustration and aggravation. Setup a time for him to install a windshield from 8-12 in the morning. Called him late the morning of the appointment and he said he was coming, but they don't usually get their glass in until afternoon. Why schedule me for 8 - noon then? Anyway, shows up mid-afternoon - installs the glass. Seemed okay, except now dash shows pre-collision system not working. What's with that? Seems a part that controls the system located in the front mirror is broken. Hmmm, worked before Raymond showed up. Anyway Raymond tells me he'll get back to me on the part. After 3 days of calling where he keeps telling me he'll get back to me and doesn't, I figure out the ($150) part and order it. Schedule Raymond to put it in - from 1:00 -2:00 this time. Shows up around 4:00 and puts it in. Everything works -Yay! Last thing - Raymond says he will come back and fix my windshield cowl which was damaged (not by him). Schedule an appointment for 2:00 PM a couple of days later. 4:00 PM day of appointment, call Raymond - says he's finishing something up and will call me when he's on his way. Never showed. Next time I'll pay a little more and use Safelite.

I used this company to have my windows tinted and I am very happy with the outcome. They are very responsive were able to accommodate me with short notice. I typically have my windows tinted with another company in Elgin, but when I called them this time they didn’t answer or call back, which is why I decided to go with Pro Auto Glass. I will definitely use them in the future and will be referring them to family and friends looking for window tinting. It was very affordable and he will repair any chips or bubbles that occur, for as long as you own the vehicle. He was really nice and professional to speak with and I’m very happy with the overall experience. It’s important to note for people who have never had tints before that streaks are normal in the first day or two, but they will go away after the film has cured. I waited a full week before I rolled my windows down and I did not experience issues. Called this company on a Saturday afternoon 2 hours before closing time and spoke to Melissa. She was very responsive and answered all my questions for windshield replacement of my Sienna 2015. Quote for a PILKINGTON glass was reasonably priced and I was scheduled Tuesday afternoon for the install. The following Tuesday, Raymond came in and was very courteous, professional. He even replaced the seal adhesive with the correct double sided tape for the cowl shields. He mentioned that the previous glass install was not correct and too much adhesive was used. These guys are so amazing and easy to work with! I had a crack in my windshield from a baseball hitting it while I was driving my insurance said I would need to pay the $500 deductible to get it fixed. These guys did it for less, and made it hassle free!! Didn't have to deal with no bs or anything. Great customer service, friendly repair people, and they're able to work around your schedule! Whole repair was done in an hour and the quality of the work looks amazing! 10/10, would recommend checking these guys out if you need repairs!

I recently got a new car and wanted to get window tints. I called every place in my area from google and Pro Auto and Glass gave me the best price. On top of a fair price, they provide mobile service! I was so happy to know they would tints the windows from my house-which helped not having to worry about dropping off/picking up my car. Raymond was very professional and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend their services and support local business!

This Guy Raymond burned an area of a car by negligence and did not care to fix it and apologize or gave any type of refund. He is also very unprofessional and doesn't answer calls. I don't like to give bad reviews. Just trying to save others the headache and also having to pay for a crappy service that now will cost more to fix than the actual service it self.
