I brought my 2014 Chevy Cruze in to get the windows tinted about a year ago and they did a good job. I wrote great reviews about them and referred them to everyone I know. Fast forward to exactly a week ago, today. I brought my new 2016, that I just purchased literally not even two full weeks ago because I wanted to get the windows tinted. Drove the 50 minute drive to go here because of the past pleasant experience I had, what a mistake!!! I was told it would take 2-2 1/2 hour and it took about 4 hours. I wouldn't care had they done a good job but that was far from the case this time. When I went out to my car, instantly see bubbles in corners that I knew for sure wouldn't go away, but he said give it a week. I agreed, trying to not be difficult, even though I knew I was going to have to come right back in a week anyway. I get my keys and get in the car to find white stuff all over the interior, their towels in the car and my head rest thrown on the floor. One window was tinted a completely different shade, there were scratches all over the tint, swipe marks, air bubbles, they took chunks out of the weather stripping and the gap between the window and tint were far apart. I was not happy at all especially since my previous experience was so great. I called to explain the issue and the manager said to bring it back today. This morning I make the 50 minute drive to have them fix my windows. He comes outside so I can show him the issues and he says "I'll take care of it", in an annoyed tone. I ask him how long is going to take and he told me it won't be ready till 4pm, and it was 8am in the morning!!! Again, my thought process is, as long as it gets fixed. I arrive at 4 to pick up my car. First thing I notice is there are still air bubbles but it looked a little better. There was some adhesive of some sort with microfiber towel pieces stuck to it on my windshield that I asked them to get off from before. The guy removed that from the windshield and asked if there was anything else. I said no and thank you, until I opened my car door and looked in the back seat. First thing I noticed is, again the head rest thrown on the floor and some white stuff all over the back on the seats and above the trunk. I asked him to come back and take a look at this. He apologized and said he was going to have a talk with the guy. He wiped it down to try to get it off but it didn't come off the seats. After that I noticed someone had also stained the front seats and the center counsel. He apologized saying he understands why I am upset and that he would be upset too because he knows it's a brand new car. He said he will see what he can do and go to grab the manager (the same one who seemed annoyed this morning). The manager comes out and asks what the problem is. I didn't even mention the windows at all!! I just said that they stained the interior of my car and he instantly get defensive. He says they don't even use anything that is white that would stain and basically calling me a liar. I explained to him this car is not even two weeks old and it was not brought there in that condition. He said he doesn't think they did it but he will pay if I take somewhere to get it cleaned, which I don't believe. Here is the caper, I get in my car to leave and notice someone switched what album I was listening to in my car and they had put 15 miles on my car!! This place is unbelievable. Apparently they need to take a 15 mile trip, listening to their favorite music in my cart, to make sure the tinted windows are working properly. If you care about your car do not take your here. I once wrote this place a good review and now it is the worst experience I've ever had.

About a year ago, I had a little rock hit my car windshield while driving and got a chip/little crack as a result. I took my car to Atlas Auto Glass and got it repaired for a minimal amount by getting it sealed to prevent it from cracking across and avoiding the expensive repair for the whole windshield itself. Again, about 2 weeks ago, my daughter's car got the same problem and took my daughter's car there again, and they repaired it for a minimal amount once more. I didn't write a review the first time, but this is my second time there, and I was very happy with their service. So I am taking my time to do this now because the place deserves it. They have offered me fast, professional, and low-cost repairs of my windshield cracks twice and will be my to go place for this matter. While being there, I've seen they also do tinted windows and loved the way they do but haven't needed that service yet. Overall, I recommend this place and give the highest star rating because they earned it

Took this guy's couple weeks to get my car done he keeps saying that he couldn't find my window glass and he ended to put a used glass , and my car it's been leaking water since then. I took it back and he said he fixed but still the same, the owner bery unprofessional and poor service. I kinda wanted to take it to court, but I just don't have time for that, so I just tacking it to another place to get it done correctly.NegativePunctuality, Quality, Professionalism, ValueServicesInstallation, Auto windshield leak repair, Auto side window replacement, Auto windshield replacement

this place is the cheapest, fastest, and most professional auto glass shop in the area. tinted my jeeps hard top waaaay cheaper than others and fixed my brothers cracked windshield incredibly fast. i would absolutely recommend this place to anyone. give them a call, get a quote and they honor the price they give. its an absolute pleasure to work with individuals that honor their commitments and stick to their deadlines. i will be a returning customer and will send anyone i know to this shop. great overall experience. thanks Atlas!

Visited this shop for a quote in my windshield rock chips and spoke to Junior. He was very accommodating even though I have not set an appointment. Took a quick estimate and was able to complete the job later the same day. He also explained everything that there will still be imperfections which I totally understand. The reason that windshield cracks or chips need to be repaired is to prevent future glass chips/cracks from worsening. Reasonable price compared to big auto glass repair shops. Thanks again.ServicesAuto windshield repair

Had a few of my trucks done here over the last 10 years and was satisfied. I just had a window done and it was horrible, I was told let it sit a day and the bubbles will work out, 2 days later they were worse and the tint wrinkled. When I went back I was greeted with an attitude and cash literally tossed at me to go elsewhere, I actually told him 3 times I'm not here to argue just want it fixed. He stormed out of the office and walked across the parking lot. So I went to a local competition and was very satisfied

I rarely give 5 reviews. We had such a great and awesome customer experience with this company. Our car got broken into a couple of days ago and completely destroyed the back window. We searched around the area and found this gem in Elgin. Let me just say how professional, sympathetic, reasonable and efficient they are. Junior, the guy that helped us did a great job. Thank you for taking care of our car. We will come back for sure and will spread the word.PositivePunctuality, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Wish i could give no star.. Set appointment. guy never showed. talked to the owner he said he'd call me he never did. I called back again to ask if the guy would ever show up that day. He said he'd call me back. Fast forward a few hours no call. So i called to see if i can set an appointment for the next day he said he didn't have anything available for the week. waste of my time. Whats the worth of an appointment if you will not honor it. Extremely unhappy. It Would help if i even got a call back.

Terrible service. Made an appointment for 9am for the follow week. Was told it would be done by 2pm. Dropped off my car and they were late to open the store but I picked out my tint and went about my day. At 230 I called to check on it and they tried telling me that I never called or made an appointment with them.. car was done at 6pm with a pathetic discount for such unprofessional service. To top it off I found their razor blades in my back seat.

Two stooges came out to replace windshield and broke the new windshield , had to wait days later for them to return with another windshield, then the manager comes out and removes plastic pins that weren’t suppose to be removed and breaks them , instead of replacing them he glued the broken pin heads , this place and the workers are a jokeNegativePunctuality, Quality, Professionalism, ValueServicesAuto windshield replacement
