Only used them once in october, paid $100 cause my passenger window wasn't going up or down, i haven't really payed attention to it since it's been cold out, recently i tried to put the window up and down, worked about twice and stopped. Went back they said they fixed one thing back in oct but now something else is wrong I only had 3 months to come back so my warranty was void anyways, they laughed at me when I tried to explain that i didn't move the glass all winter which is why I didn't realize they didn't actually fix the problem. I would recommend going to a real shop that knows what they are doing the first time and gives better warranty and where they don't laugh in your face when you try to explain what the problem is. This shop is highly unprofessional with low quality work.

Was going to take in my X5 for a window repair, window sounded like glass broke and fell inside while in tact. Who ever answered the phone said it didn't break and if it was okay I told him I didn't know as I can't see it because its stuck on the inside, kept telling me to shut up and if it was broken, which I again told him I could not verify that as I cannot see, extremely rude, and did not care of anything I had to say. I reached out to professionals as this is not my field but to be treated with such disrespect I had to review. Taking it to Aaron Auto Glass instead who will beat any price by $10! and was friendly and helpful from the first ring.

Had my windshield replaced and they damaged the whole border of my new car. When I brought it to their attention they called me liar and tried to blame it from rocks while driving. They didn’t talk like professionals. Instead they got hostile and aggressive. And similarly trying to intimidate me to go away. When I Tried to de-escalate the situation they kicked me out. I’m currently filing a small claims court lawsuit against them If you value your car, do not get work done here Any dispute they have they will call you a liar and kick you out. Zero professionalism, and zero accountability this business has.

I brought my 2009 nissian altima here to have the front windshield replaced. I called and got a reasonable quote and was able to set the appointment for the very next day. I brought my car in, they removed the broken windshield and I stalled a brand new one within 1 hour. I have an Acura TSX now and will be going to this same business to have my broken windshield replaced tommorow. I have a 2003 Pontiac Bonneville SLE My Sunroof was leaking water down on my back floor every time it rain, and I took my car here and they fix it for me.. No more wet carpet behind the drivers seat on the floor.. Thank you guy's so much for the excellent job at such reasonable price... ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ five stars for this place... Also they fix my headliner over my head in a 2006 Dodge Caravan Great Job My Car Look Brand New You Can't tell it been changed...

Nice people, did a great job replacing my window and taping it down down. The only issues I have is I wasn't called when my window arrived and I noticed an hour later than the quoted time, so I had to call them. Then the quoted 1.5 hr timeline jumped to 3 hrs in the 10 minutes it took me to get there. But, I did get called when it was ready and the process to get it fixed was pretty good. Would recommend, just make sure you go before rush hour.

Safelite was charging 160$ to fix a quarter size crack. Area Auto Glass REPLACED the entire thing for $200. This was a no brainer. I went in, left a deposit, glass was in next day. I couldn't go next day but went a few days later and my glass was ready for install. No appointment, just went in and was out in about 1hr. HIGHLY recommend this shop. Support your local Latino businesses!

Terrible business. I told them about a problem I had with my window and they immediately recommended me to order a part without even looking at the car first. I later opened up the door and all that was wrong was a lose screw. On top of that, they doubled the price of the part to make a profit! Stay away, dishonest and terrible people running that business. Cheap work.

I been a long time Area customer and they always done an awesome job with replacing and fixing my vehicles windows. I recently had them repair my front passenger side powered window regulator. I didn't know that they worked on power windows. Sure enough, Area come thru again and quick. Always knowledgeable, fair priced and great friendly service!

Been coming to Danny and these guys forever. I brought my 2016 Chevy traverse in on Saturday. I was only coming in for a price. But he said he could do it right away. They had it don’t in a hour and a half. Only 175. Safelight wanted 499 plus said it would take 3 hours. Check these guys out before you go somewhere else.
