10/10 I Highly Recommend! I was driving my Lexus on the 94 this past Friday when something flew up & cracked my windshield 😱 I called my boyfriend who is a mechanic & has taken a few cars up here for glass work. I called Saturday, they ordered my glass and was told they’d have it today (Tuesday~ due to the holiday.) I drove from Skokie after work, therefore I was so relieved that they kept their word & my glass was there 🙌🏽 They finished SO fast~ like 30-45 mins & my windshield was back looking brand new! 🤩 The owner was so considerate he even made sure to re-mount my iPass! I am very happy with the quality of work, promptness, and attention to detail. Their price was fair & consistent from the quote I received. They were busy, so I was surprised to be taken care of so quickly! Thank you so much! I will continue to refer people to your business!

Rafael and his staff were so amazing. I have a Kia and it’s been the “target” car for being stolen and broken into unfortunately. I had to get the back passenger window replaced because it was broken into. It was already late in the day around 5:15 pm when I picked my car up from the impound on Friday. Most places were closed or didn’t have the window in stock. I finally connected with United Glass Repair and Rafael was gracious enough to stay open a little longer until I arrived. I was coming from 76th and cottage. He was a real life saver. Not only did he fix my window. He vaccines the glass remnants and cleaned my windows. 100% recommend. Don’t let the look of the place fool you. They were fantastic! Courteous, helpful, fast, and inexpensive - my back windshield shattered at 3p, I called them at 3:15, arrived at the garage by 4:15, and was out of there before 5:15 with a perfectly installed new rear windshield, the glass mess cleaned up, and all for significantly less than I expected. When I called a major chain, they quoted me 3x the amount and couldn’t get to it for 5 days. Go to United Auto Glass!!

I had a wonderful experience with United Auto Glass! I received same day service at the lowest price for a new windshield. They have a spacious and organized work area. I was in and out in less than an hour! I even inquired about repairing the back light incasement, and I received a call back within minutes of a very reasonable quote. They come highly recommended. 100000/10 experience here. My car got broken into the night before the 4th of July and left me with a smashed window. As I had to travel I panicked and needed to find somewhere to get me in ASAP. Not only were they able to get me in on a holiday - they were kind, efficient and the price was extremely reasonable (even less than my deductible through insurance). so thankful I was able to find this place. They even cleaned out all the glass for me on the inside.

United auto glass was amazing to work with. My kia got broken into Saturday night. We were able to come in Sunday morning and get the window replaced. The price was great and about $300-400 less than Gerber and Safelite. The quote we got on the phone was the quote we paid for. The work was done in about an hour or less. Very bad experience with this shop. I went there to get my windshield replaced, but they did a bad job and ripped my dashboard. They didn't even care when I told them about it. I wouldn't go back there or recommend it to anyone. Make sure you take pictures of the vehicle before you hand it over or just avoid this place! "UPDATE" Instead of arguing in the comments do something to make your service better and own up to your mistakes.

I come here every time I need a window or windshield replaced (which having a kia soul that people break in to, is often). The service is great, they're kind, quick, and have excellent prices. To replace a window I saved $300 coming here and the work was excellent. No having to leave my car in a shop, no hours long wait, wonderful people, and excellent prices. United Auto Glass is hard to beat. Plus they have garage cats!

I received the same day service on a Sunday afternoon. Everyone was very helpful, the service was fast, and they cleaned up all the broken glass. The price was reasonable and the quote over the phone didn’t change when I arrived in person. The waiting area has no frills, but I didn’t need frills I needed a window replacement. What started out as a not so great morning of finding my back window of my car had been broken ended up turning around with the help of the gentlemen at United Auto Glass. They were able to get me in on short notice on a weekend and were so friendly and accommodating. They fixed the window quickly and at a great price point.
