So I broke my windshield on a cross-country move. Obviously the dealer quoted me a price that would cause me to sell my first born child, so I took to yelp for some help. I put out a feeler for quotes at around 8pm yesterday, but everyone was closed. However, Elias from Ultimate Auto Glass got back to me immediately and asked questions about my windshield. Within 30 minutes, he had a quote for me and booked an appointment for early the next morning. Today, Elias showed up at my townhome with 2 windshields on the chance that my windshield had a heater element. Now that’s service if I’ve ever seen it because my windshield did in fact have the heating element in place. He got to work immediately in the parking garage at my complex and in less than an hour, had the whole project completed. I’m not kidding when I say he deserves 10 stars if yelp would allow it because he is extremely professional, friendly, and a master of the craft. The final product looks amazing and the glass is top quality! Thank you so much for taking the project and completing it in less than a day! 10/10 would recommend this business to anybody needing a windshield!

I’ve heard many bad things about Safelite, so I am glad I found Elias at Ultimate Auto Glass of Chicago. He was able to help me source premium windshields at a very competitive price. His mobile installation is convenient and top notch, and it shows from his many years of experience. Elias did such a great job on my personal car that I was able to recommend him to my family member for another windshield replacement. Highly recommended and I will not hesitate to use him again for future glass replacements.

Words can’t express how happy I was with the service I received yesterday. These guys were super professional. Excellent customer service. I called them at 1030am because someone had broken into my car. They gave me a timeframe of 2-4 pm. They arrived at 2:55 and replaced my window by 3:15. They even cleaned up the glass. OH BEST OF ALL, SUPER AFFORDABLE!!!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Amazing work finished in less than an hour. Brand new window installed for cheaper then any place quoted me. Very nice man. He is mobile too. Fast work even fixed some extra pieces for me as well as Tucked away my dash cam wires. Like he literally installed my dashcam properly yall. Come to this guy 100%

They were quick and I didn’t have to wait outside, they texted me when it was ready. They also came to where I was at, let me know of the aftercare for the window and they take Apple Pay.
