Inter Auto Glass

I've had them replace a windshield on my previous vehicle and my current vehicle. Both times they did great work, and the service was fast. I've sent other people here for windshield replacements and they also had nothing but great things to say about these guys. Way better prices than Safelight, and of course the dealership, and great workmanship to go with it. I will continue to do and send business to this company. **10/26/2024 In addition to my previous review: After having my vehicle broken into, I called Inter Auto Glass almost immediately to see if they had the window for my 4Runner. It was towards the end of their business hours for the day, and I was told they did not have it and that I would have to come back on Monday. After a few minutes, they called me back and told me that they had actually found the replacement window I needed and were able to do it immediately. I dropped everything and ran over there. The crew knocked it out within a half hour, staying past their business hours and even cleaned up the mess that the vandals made. I will forever be grateful to them for looking out for me at a time like this. I won't take any of my automotive glass needs anywhere else, and I recommend this place to all of my friends, family and Google readers!!!!

Torn between 2 and 3 stars. The deal started out good. On Wednesday, my car rear window shattered due to defective defroster. Got a quote of $180. During installation, I was told it would be $30 more for a window gasket, but they'd give me a break for cash at same price. Finished job quickly within 30 minutes. After departing, I noticed a bevel in the window causing a distortion spanning the horizon. Returned moments later and was told it would be another $120, cash, and to return the next day Thursday. Returned Thursday and they forgot to order the window. Returned Friday and after burning 3 vacation days the correct window was installed for a cash total of $300. Not sure I'd recommend. Moderately customer focused but friendly. Advise caution and request receipt. What starts out as a good deal can go south quickly.

This place right here. Amazing quality work! With reasonable prices! They don't try to hustle you. They just handle that business and get the work done rather you're getting your windows replaced or getting tints. Amazing person especially Victor. Even the receptionist, positive beautiful energy. Great environment from the owner to the employees. Great positive atmosphere. Even after an unfortunate situation, it's nice for a smile to appear. Once you come here. Seeing how beautifully clear, their custom work is done. Amazing! ... ..

They’re down to earth - chat you up and make you feel at home. Edgar did the install. He re-installed all my stickers afterwards from the old glass. Price was very reasonable. From the time I called to check for appointments, it was installed within 90 minutes of my phone call. Update: Had my second glass install today. It was done in 40 minutes. So easy and much better than safe lite. They asked my tint preference on the phone and taped over my window buttons so I wouldn’t roll it down until the glue dries. Love this place.

Wow, this is what small business and awesome customer service is all about! My driver's side window was smashed last night. I was concerned with finding a place to fix it on a Saturday afternoon. I found Inter Auto Glass and they were able to fix my car within two hours. They even stayed open a little late for me. Excellent, friendly service! And the best part - they were half the price of the two competitors I called. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

Just came from this place. I called yesterday afternoon and spoke to Edgar who was able to see me right away, first thing this morning! I had my windshield replaced. Such a friendly business, Edgar was very professional, as well as the owner Jerzy. I support local businesses! They gave me a great price, more affordable than bigger chains. I highly recommend this! Edgar deserves a raise for his amazing customer service and skill!

I have now used Inter Auto Glass two times. They are hands down the best and most reasonable price you can find. And their mobile repair/replace fee is beyond reasonable. Both times they were able to accommodate me and come out to replace front windshield and rear window on the same day (but not for the same time or same car lol). Extremely prompt, courteous, and the technicians perform excellent work.

The guy Chappie Ramirez scheduled me for an appointment,was there ontime.The shop was close then called the number posted on the door then he said go to the back of the building.A lot of cars was waiting there for the repair and nobody was there to accommodate us.Waited for 50mins,such a waste of time.Take your car somewhere else,not on this shop..Don’t trust the guy posting on fb marketplace.

A bit pricey but the owner is honest and your broken car glass will look like new. He'll be More honest than your dealership without a long wait or bad attitude. He delivers what he says he'll do and does it right. Downside? The install drive up is through an alley and needs better signage. Nice waiting area.....good magazines if you are into cars.
