Glass America - Auto Glass & Windshield Replacement

I used Glass America for a replacement windshield for my 2024 Chevy Traverse. The appointment was scheduled in just a couple of days and an installer came out and had the glass replaced in under an hour and took the vehicle out to calibrate the driver assistant features. The installer said the calibration was good but when he left none of the features, like adaptive cruise, forward collision alert, etc. was working. I called the office and spoke to a manger who decided to call another manager with more tech experience. She called me back soon and said a manager named Kyle would stop by after work and troubleshoot the problem. True to their word Kyle stopped by a few hours later, diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and took the vehicle on the road for calibration. He returned soon with the vehicle and all the driver assistant features were working. I really appreciate the quick response and professionalism of the people I dealt with to fix the problem and for that reason I would use Glass America again in the future.

First off...five stars for the CSR who set up the appointment, the lady from the office who confirmed it a day later, and the tech who did the repair. Politeness, communication, and punctuality were all very good. However the result of the repair is disappointing to say the least. Small chip and star in the center of my windshield doesn't really look much different than when I took the vehicle in. When I shared my disappointment with the tech he reminded me that I was informed it might not be perfect, and that if it got worse and required a new windshield they would deduct the price of the repair off of the new windshield price. Pictures posted below are after the repair was completed.

Very pleased with their customer service and repair! We called several places to get quotes and all were double what glass America quoted and we had to wait for the other companies to order the glass. Glass America had it in stock and was at my house the next day to replace it! From the phone call to the install everyone I spoke to was extremely friendly and kind- you could tell they really cared about their work. I highly recommend and will use them in the future if needed

Had a rock chip on my windshield, scheduled an appointment with Glass America, the technician called me to say that he was on his way, he showed up on time and had my windshield repaired fast and to my satisfaction, at an affordable price. I had a windshield and a window replaced by them in the past, and I was equally satisfied. I most definitely recommend Glass America. #truth

I was really Grateful for the Service they provided for my daughter they came out and replaced her cracked windshield at the mall .while she was working. Then I was able to pay for it over the phone. Thanks for helping out my daughter. Who lives a hour away from me. It makes my momma heart feel better.

I called around to shop after shop, the prices were crazy! Not only did auto glass have the lowest price, the got me in fast, came to me and did an AMAZING job! I have been telling everyone who will listen to go to Auto Glass! I am a customer for life!

Stopped by here to show my windshield to the owner and He buffed the scratch out right there. It was so much better and He didn't even charge us. Was a great blessing. Will go back there for sure for anymore glass repairs. Check them out!🥰 …

Great work, they came to my house replaced the windshield and calibrated my cameras for the 2021 Hyundai Santa Fe. Would recommend their service to anyone who needs windshield replacement.

They were so kind on the phone, double checking they had the proper window before scheduling, had someone out next day and were $200 cheaper that safelite
