Frank's Auto Glass

I was referred to this business by our body shop. Someone broke our rear window and our insurance claim center stated they would give us a call in 48 hours. You just KNOW you can't leave your car open for two whole days!!! Called Frank's and explained rhe situation. Without a deposit , without ever having seen me, and without any assurances that I would be there, the office went ahead and ordered my window. Drove the car there, left the keys, and they took care of everything. Service was fast and professional. Paid the bill and picked up the car without problems. They even drove the car outside and parked it for me. Friendly employees. I'll refer this company to everyone I know who will need them. Thanks Frank's. Update 2/9/24: Franks is still amazing. A traffic cone was hit by another car and I didn’t have time to safely swerve out of the way. It damaged my windshield. Called up Frank’s and they had it ready for me two days later. In and out in less than 1.5 hours. Sucks I had to go back so soon but their customer service and techs are the best. Original Review: Frank’s is amazing. I called to check if they had a replacement window for my car. They had it in stock and let me know it was first come first serve. Upon entering there were 5 other people there. The amazing thing is that they had me in and out in under an hour, with other people having similar items done. Super friendly, affordable ($100 for my window change), and extremely quick. I hope to not need them again but will happily recommend to anyone needed to get their glass repaired.

I would give them 6 stars if I could! A rock got me on 90/94 and left a 6" crack in my windshield. Safelite quoted me $900+ for a replacement, but I came across Frank's Auto Glass and they quoted me $450 - parts & labor. The man I spoke to was so kind and said they would need a day to get my windshield in, but to stop by the day after and they would get me on my way. On arrival, the entire team is so warm and helpful. The very sweet woman at the front confirmed pricing, took my keys and then their tech called me back to review all of the work they would be doing to replace my windshield. I was back on the road in an hour. As I waited, 2 other people stopped by for glass repair and everyone was taken care of so quickly and kindly. A really solid team at Frank's, taking care of their clients, swiftly & kindly.

I've only on occasion, had 2 come 2 Frank's over the years , and I have gone there several times 2 the point where I can say with assurance that these good men and women who work there are extraordinarily accurate in their assessments and will hands down give u the best service, with a smile, and the best pricing they can all the time !!! Dam good job u guys!!! This is coming from they guy with the Mitsubishi Eclipse who's windows were replaced there 2day. They did fast , clean. Impeccable work as far as I'm concerned !!! Keep up the good work. I will recommend this place any and every time anyone asks about any kind of car issues that I think applies to you. !! Thank u so much guys, awesome job 2day !!!

I'm so glad I found this place and they're just 3 blocks from me which made it super convenient! My rear window was broken in a robbery and my car is a coupe that is no longer in production so I thought it would be hard to replace that small back window but luckily Frank's had one in stock when I called! I dropped my car off around 9am and got a call in an hour that it was ready. When I got there not only did they replace the window but also the frame that was broken and even cleaned most of the broken glass pieces from my back seat! I recently had my driver's side window replaced at Frank's Auto Glass. It's advisable to call ahead to check window availability. The service operates on a first-come, first-served basis, and during my visit, there was only one person ahead of me. The replacement took a swift 30 minutes. Notably, Frank's Auto Glass was 43% cheaper than my dealership. The staff, particularly the lady I spoke with, was highly professional, informative, and committed to transparency. Frank's Auto is a place I been going to for years. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. They fix glass, minor body work, and they sale new and used auto parts anywhere from doors, mirrors, etc you name it they got it. I just visited them a few days ago even though they didn't have the color of the part that I needed one of the staff members was more than happy to help me locate the auto part that I needed at another auto part store. I been coming here for years and recommend all my family and friends to come here for their car. For those who are on a budget this is the place to go they are affordable.

I went into Aero/Franks for a driver side mirror repair. I called prior to coming in, was told my part was in stock & the total cost including installation. I walked in less than an hour later & was serviced for the exact thing I called about. I wasn’t pressured to be serviced or to pay anything more than what was discussed. I wish I would’ve gotten her name, but the receptionist was great! I would recommend! My mirror was fixed so quickly! And I had children with me so that was very convenient! Awesome! I had a rough morning when I realized someone had thrown a brick through my back door window, and after making a police report and dealing with all of that, I really was not looking forward to having to take it in and have it fixed. Lucky for me, the team at Franks was so helpful and made the process quick and easy. I called ahead and they told me I could come right in and that it would be $150, which was very reasonable to me. I took it in and it was done 30 minutes later. The people were very friendly, and it looks good as new. Can’t recommend them enough!

The customer service is impeccable! The workers are very friendly and professional. They get you in and out in a timely manner. This is definitely my go to from now on. This was my first time doing business here. Everything was positive, starting from the phone call all the way until I left the premises. There was a guy in the lot who even helped me get out because there was a tow truck dropping off a vehicle. I give this business 10/10. I highly recommend!
