So I took my 2003 Lincoln navigator to get the front front fix and I left there for 1 or so, when i came back to pick up my vehicle, I notice once I got home my remote start wasnt working it had no power at all. But prior to taking my vehicle there it was working perfectly fine so I went back to confront them about it and the short chubby guy with glasses working and I told what happened to my remote start so I guess he didnt realized or was lieing not touching the remote start he also claim he didnt remove the remote start antenna but saw when he put it back in, I no he must pull a wire or didnt something to damage the system, they wanted me to go to the remote start place and see what was the damage and they said they would pay for it if they had put in a note that it was their fault.. Long story short the never did anything to fix it now my remote start dont work, I would not trust them again, the fix the window but damaged my remote start..I would never recommend no one there! they are not professionals..

I would only use this place to replace windows or mirrors, but the Auto service on the side never again. I took my truck to replace the break line was told to replace the whole line I wasn’t going to replace it because my money was limited but I couldn’t refuse the great price, now I was told it will be ready by 3pm the next day and that would of been a Thursday, now they claimed they was waiting on parts now this job didn’t get done till Monday morning, so six days and when I go to pick it up they reduce the bill and said they only did half of the job and I can come back to replace the other side no charge for the parts when I come back cause they bought the kit wow trust this I’ll never come back I’ll stick with they other shop where the Adults are working on my truck that know what they are doing because those young kids where totally loss.NegativePunctuality, Quality, ProfessionalismServicesService not listed

This place is horrible doin work on peoples cars I heard I guy say they messed his motor up I kinda over looked it but I shouldn’t have because I went in for a belt came out with my complete motor messed up on my nice BMW X6 the guy that worked on my truck was very mean now in order to get something for my truck I have to go threw court don’t go here horrible they will mess you entire vehicle up how get a belt fix messed my motor u I’m convenienced this was purposely done period no way been catching cabs and I had a nice vehicle until I took to them very Sad because I have children and had to pay multiple towing now it cost over 20 thousand to fix my truck they need to be out of Bussiness messing peoples vehicles up and getting away with it is sad.

I usually don't write reviews, but in this case it is essential. I called on Monday about my ford freestar 06 van side view mirrors, everywhere else they didn't have them or said it wouldn't be there until Friday. However, I got the call Wednesday, they were there and I came yesterday to have them installed.. for the price I was impressed and it was done in no time. Then I inquired about the grinding noise I had when I put my car in reverse, I had my brakes done by my cousin's dad last week so when I was told a screw was missing, it was a surprise because it was driving just fine until Wednesday... they took care of it and I was able to drive me and my little boy back home safely. I would definitely return again for more repairs😊🙂

Becareful with those they will install a use glass and sale it for new I went to change my Honda window to this place and for good I forget my phone i ask for permission to get my phone and wen I saw the glass it was a little broken from a corner from when they removed it from other car and I insist I was paying for a new glass not for a used one they keep saying it was new just little broken but it was good don't buy here and if you buy here ask to see the window before you have all the right to ask for it has to come wrap with plastic and in a box not broken with scratches and glue from the front window mirror

I had water leaking in my car. I brought it in they said it was the seal in my front sun roof. Water kept coming in. Brought it back two more times and finally they tried to tell me I needed to replace my window because the gasket was bad. They just didn’t want to deal with it. Their customer service is awful and just steal money from people knowing they don’t know the issue. I ended up taking it to another place who said my front sun roof was fine. It was actually the drains in my middle sun roof that were clogged which was definitely the issue. Haven’t had water leak since. THANKS AARONS!

I had gone to Fernandez, Auto Glass and Repair’s to replace my window. When they broke into my vehicle, the Installer put my window wrong on the rails of the windows. I went back. He told me that my window regulator was messed up or broken and it wasn’t even that Now for the past. six months I’ve been having trouble opening, closing my window, the window falling off the rail, cutting my rubber gaskets for the window and bad worst service I ever had there now I had to go to a different Auto Glass and get my window fixed and probably properly have the right size window installed.

After finding out that in the middle of-8° in Chicago the sunroof on my Yukon Denali had shattered, fair to say that I was distraught and frustrated. Manny put me to ease when I called the shop and told me that I could bring my car in the same day. He told me to leave it and that it would be ready in about 5 hours. I was surprised however, when he called me in about 2 hours and said that my car was ready. Great price and awesome service. These guys are top notch and I would highly recommend this company. Great job Team!!!

I went to them to have my window replaced on my 01 mustang and got quoted over $300 because the motor was going bad. I decided not to let them do the work but still had to pay $35 bucks because they told me the problem. I went to halsted auto and glass and was told the same thing but they wanted $130 to fix it. I am from Ohio and had my car broken into the night before leaving the area. I stopped here just hoping to get a cover for the window for the drive back and the manager was extremely helpful saying they could replace the window quickly. Luckily, they had the window for my vehicle and were able to replace it within 2 hours. They did a great job, were very friendly, and really helped me out in a pinch.
