EZ Auto Glass

For some background info- I've had my Acura windshield, my previous Nissian windshield, my friend's Mercury windshield, and my bf's Nissian maximums windshield ALL replaced at the same auto glass shop I have went to for any of my auto glass repairs and always recommended the shop to anyone and anyone in need of a same day, quality work and reasonably priced auto glass repairs over anywhere else I've called or gotten estimates from. Thatal being said - when someone brokey driver side window, I called my go-to shop located in Cicero and got an estimate close to the windshield cost. In short, I was out a gas station a few days ago when I man saw my very terribly is very terribly half attempted plastic covering my non existent window and told me about a place called easy auto glass across from food for less and voodoo for us and that his body paid less for his windshield on his more expensive car than I did for my accurate. Curious I called them and lo and behold For the window and labor they only charged me $80. And did it in less than an hour. Not only do they have in stock but they didn't 5 same day a and I have already recommended it to 2 of my friends looking for an auto glass shop. My 1st experience here was definitely good and I will be returning to have them replace my shattered shattered right side rear mirror, Which thankfully will be the last glass related repair needed on my vehicle after the accident I had over the summer. I'm a. Lengthy review I know but they deserve it they were very busy and the woman even told me on the phone that they were backed up and it might be a while but they were done within the hour and I was missing a screw on my door causing the panel to be loose, when they returned my vehicle that was also fixed with no charge. If you made it this far, congrats. That's mad dedication, my friend. Try this place out if you're looking you're looking for same day service, also one more thing they call they are bilingual And also Offer at home service in other words they will come to wherever your car is. I went to Ez Auto Glass for tints and they did such a terrible job. Please do not come here for tints. They are not experienced when it comes to tints. It didn't make sense that they had to remove my back window of my car to redo my tints. The first time they did poorly on the job. They left air bubbles in every edge of every window and they left scratches on my car...they left glue on it...they left my car in terrible conditions as far as with the tints. I went a second time so they could redo my tints and they left it worse. They are not experienced with tints at all and they do everything in a rushly manner. Great, knowalagable and very skilled set of Techs work at this place. Been using EZ Auto for many years and always had them come out to my home or work far North. Always correct windows, as for my make and model there are over a dozen different. Their tint job is flawless and between family and self, we did a lot. Today, actually drove into the city and 10 prior opening there were 3 people already waiting. Within first hour already seen sever cars serviced, as some jobs are smaller than mine. I am being notified of all the findings, as Toyota dealership couldn't after pulling dashboard over 4 times that i know of Since April. As I've mentioned, knowalagable Techs. Strongly recommend EZ Auto for car window replacement and tints! ! !

If I could give them negative 1 star I would. I came to get tint on Thursday didn't raise my windows down until Monday 4 days technically 5 . They only recommend 2 days but even after 4 days the tip start to peel immediately. Now after coming back to the shop a week later the guy made me wait which I feel I should of been priority seeing how im a reoccurring customer to which i feel if they done it right the first time I wouldn't be here. I will never come back nor will I recommend anyone. I wouldn't let them put tint on a go cart or bike. They are not professional at all. I guess you get what you pay for . Never again

Took my car to have my tints done. After driving out I noticed that the front passenger side tint had scratches and the gap between the edge ofthe window and tint was too low. They did fix it. But a couple of days later when I tried opening my trunk the switch on the door was not working. So once again had to take my car back for them to fix because they forgot to plug it back in. I’m starting too notice that there are bubbles. Don’t know about the rest of their services but as far as tinting I would highly recommend to stay away

People please don’t go there to replace your windshield they are thefts, they stole my city sticker,(that was good until 2024) when I told them about it they refused to give to me, (saying that I never had any sticker on my windshield) these place is not trustworthy and some quarters that I had there, know I have to take a day off to make a police report and go to the secretary and get a replacement. My windshield didnt eve last a whole year cracked during the winter time and they wouldnt replace it wasnt moving my care at all went outside to warm it up and a crack started spreading throughout my windshield they tell me something hit it all lies dont trust this company selling used glass probably no wonder there so cheap please i know times are hard but i will never go the cheap route again especially with ez glass terriable waste time gas and money to tell me theres nothing they could do

Intake needs documentation to assure the customer bonafide service and protection before handing over keys especially in this social climate of carjacking and theivery. More professionalism is required at intake. Also, remember that the customer in your face needs to be serviced first, answer the calls , get a relevant information but call back to answer questions and make appointments with phone customers when a walk in is present. The results of the service are excellent....maintain

Terrible service ever! Terrible management. Dropped off my vehicle at about 945 am for tints, the receptionist said it'll only be between 2 to 4 hours. They didn't start on my car until I called them asking them if it was done because 4 hours had passed, they said it needed 45 more minutes, when in reality they had just gotten started on it. They kept playing until I finally got my car, 7 hours later incomplete with bubbles in it etc. Worst experience ever! Management didn't even care.
