I got my windshield replaced by mobile service two days ago. I was given a window of time they’d arrive and told I would get a call 30 minutes-1hour before they arrive. They gave me a call an hour before the end of the window that they were already in my alley, with no warning at all. When I drove my car around afterward and yesterday, I noticed a rattling sound coming from the hood of my car when I was braking. When I opened the hood, I noticed a plastic cap missing from the plastic frame right under the windshield. I was almost positive they must’ve dropped it somewhere in the hood and it was making noises as it was moving around while I was driving. After further inspection and taking off a piece of the plastic frame, it turns out they left a whole empty can of adhesive under there. The frame was also not sealed back on properly. They were clearly rushing at the end of their shift. The windshield itself is fine, but I am shocked at how careless their work was. This is a brand new car and I was already upset having to get my windshield replaced, and after the service I received I am just so disappointed. I guess if you get a mobile service you need to watch them work over their shoulders the whole time.

Let me start off by saying they did fix my glass and it looks ok(so far) my issue is 1. The price I was told over the phone was not the price that was on my bill in person. I expressed my confusion and the lady just brushed it off(with a slight attitude) I continue to call a friend and when the lady heard me say that this isn’t the best affordable place like they advertise she only then tells me I can get the rate I was told over the phone only if I pay in cash. 2. Me expressing my disappointment in communication- I’m talking to another lady over the phone who didn’t handle it with great customer service, just attitude! I assume that made someone upset because upon picking up my car there was chewed GUM in the grill. So unprofessional! Not so fast service! Border line money chasers. Look in the south suburbs for better service with better price!

I needed my driver’s side window replaced and was recommended here by a coworker. I called to see if they could help me, they told me to come in, no appointment necessary, and that they would have it repaired in less than 2 hours. I brought it in, and they delivered on time as promised, but the glass they installed ended up being deformed, so the door wasn’t properly sealed. Unfortunately it was the last one they had on hand, so they ordered a new glass for me. They let me keep the deformed glass for the day so I could still go home, and told me the new one would be in the next day. I came back the following day, they installed the new glass at no extra charge, and it fit like a glove. I’ve used these guys for years with my old work place not one issue with customer vehicles. I had them put a rear windshield on my truck less than 6 months ago it’s leaking from a faulty seal. Numerous phone calls from different people sounding confused where the truck is and everything with each call. I corresponded with them every time. Unfortunately the one time couldn’t happen I didn’t have an indoor place for them to fix their faulty seal and they don’t have people where I am which I get is my fault things happened I couldn’t control. But why ask me WHEN ARE YOU AVAILABLE FOR US TO COME OUT if they don’t show up on the day they ask me or let me know they need to reschedule ?????? It sucks but now I’ll have to pay out of pocket elsewhere.

I arrived at 1:30 PM and was still there at 3:50 PM. I am upset that there were other people who came after us and left before us. My family members said that they provided great and fast service, but I didn't receive that kind of service. Update: not sure what cameras you were looking at but get your eyes checked. And it's funny how you have nothing to say about people coming in after us and leave before us. But let me guess your cameras didn't catch that. Let me tell you something or maybe teach you something about great customer service even when your wrong. When someone is truly sorry about something they just offer an apology without excuses after the apology something you might want to learn. Have a great day!

Called ahead of time to check on a new windshield availability. Costumer Service Lady was friendly and fast. Asked for VIN number and within a couple of minutes, she confirmed availability & FULL price. Appointment was set up. Showed up to my appointment. Only one question was requested, phone number. All details were already ready. She gave me one more time the "out the door price" and informed me that the whole process would take a couple of hours. The Job was completed in 1.5 hours. My experience with Aaron auto glass has been nothing but exceptional, from the moment the young lady picked up the phone to answer my phone call to The minute. The glass was installed in my vehicle. The service was exceptional. I have used their mobile service to gentleman came out extremely professional one removed the old glass way the other prepped the new glass then both of them put the new glass in at the end they not only cleaned the new windshield, but they cleaned the dashboard, vacuum, the seats, dashboard and the floorboard of my vehicle to make sure there was no particles I could not be happier with her Service

I was scrambling to get my rear window replaced on a Friday afternoon after a break-in so I wouldn’t have to worry about storing my car over the weekend. I called several places, and Aaron Auto Glass was the only place with the right parts and same-day availability. They agreed to see me 10 minutes after they had technically closed for the week, saving me so many headaches. Replaced my window in under an hour, and for a lower price than any other shop. The staff was friendly and authentic. Eternally grateful for their service and will definitely be returning for any future auto work :)
